从这个意义上说,研究生应当尽可能的掌握多种语言,以获取作全面的信息量。
然而事实上不能如此。
每个人的精力有限,信息量只是信息创新工作的一个基本的条件,完成信息创新仍旧需要研究者花费更多时间来整理这些信息,以从中发现线索。
对信息创新工作来说,发现信息线索的能力要比获取已有信息的能力重要的多。
