附件赣南医学院“十佳青年教师”申报表填报时间:年月曰附件二:赣南医学院“十佳青年教师”评选综合评分表表一:思想品德与教学工作赣南医学院"十佳青年教师"评选综合评分表表二:科研工作附件三:赣南医学院“十佳青年教师”评选评分说明一、评分总原则1 、“十佳青年教师”评选总分为100 分。
评分分为思想品德、教学工作、科研工作三大块。
其权重分分别为:思想品德25 分,教学工作50 分,科研工作25 分。
个人实际得分计算公式是:个人得分—最高得分X权重分=实际得分。
各个部分以最高得分者为得到权重分满分,其余人员的实际得分计算公式是:个人得分—最高得分X权重分=实际得分。
例:教学工作最高得分者为58 分,即为该参评者实际得到本项权重分50 分;第二名是52分,其实际得分的计算方法是:52 +58 X50=44.83分。
2、评分职能部门:思想品德由学校工会负责,教学工作由教务处负责,科研工作由科研处负责,学生测评由学工处负责。
二、思想品德评分原则1、考核优秀:在评选期间年终考核中,获得一次优秀得2,二次优秀者得 5 分。
2、公益活动:评选年限内举行的捐款活动中,按要求捐款的得2 分,超出规定要求捐款的按比例相应加分。
每参加一次其他公益活动得 2 分。
3 、担任班主任:在评选时限内,担任班主任工作满一年(含辅导员、双挂一导)计 2 分,满二年记 5 分。
4、学生测评:权重分为20 分,主要从教书育人、敬业爱生、为人师表等方面进行测评。
由学工处组织实施。
三、教学工作评分原则1、教学质量评价。
取评选时限内教学质量评价得分平均数,平均数为84 分及以下者不得申报。
平均数为85 分者得15 分,每高出85 分1分加 1 分,最高20 分。
2、完成教学任务①授课工作量:校本部教师完成所在学院年平均教学工作量,得5 分,增加50 课时加1 分。
临床教师每学年达到20 学时得3 分,30 学时得4 分,40 学时得 5 分,50 学时以上得6分;②完成其他教学任务:教学态度好,积极参加各项教学活动。
