L outboard brake ASSY indicating pin worn out of limits.
5.左主起落架一液压管漏油超标。
a hydraulic tube of L MLG leakage out of limits.
6. 13B座位小桌板不能收起,无法保持在收上位。
seat 13B tray table could not be stowed and could not leave at stow
position.
更换（件）……，检查 / 测试正常
1. 过站：更换右前轮，检查正常。
TR：Replaced R nose wheel，check OK.
2. 更换2号ATC收发机后，测试正常。检查正常。
replaced No.2 ATC transceiver，test OK. check OK.
4. 更换左外刹车组件，增压检查正常。Replaced L outboard brake
ASSY，pressurization check OK.
5. 更换左发右点火导线 Replaced L engine R ignition lead，
6. 更换前起落架减振支柱充气活门，地面检查无渗漏。Replaced
nose gear shock strut charging valve，no leakage in GND check.
7. 更换左发17号风扇叶片，地面检查正常。拆下：M/W31162，
装上M/W30966。
Replaced L engine No.17 fan blade，GND check OK. part off：
M/W31162， part on：M/W30966
8. 更换APU起动机，启动APU工作正常。
Replaced APU starter，APU start OK.
9. 按照MCC要求，为了满足运输病人/残疾人要求，临时拆下第
3排ABC座位。座椅随机放在前货舱.
According to MCC, for the requirement of patient/handicapped
operation, remove seats A/B/C. The seats stored in FWD cargo in this
flight.

1. 根据工卡XXXX，更换电子/电气冷却供气风扇气滤，

2.更换左后航行灯灯泡，通电测试正常。

6. 根据波音标准线路施工手册SWPM20-10-11安装导线,检查测试

7. 根据波音标准线路施工手册SWPM20-10-19分离导线,检查测试
正常。Refer to SWPM20-10-19 for wire separation procedures, check
and test ok.
检查发现…故障，按…保留，…号/类别，同意放行
1. 过站发现前服务话筒失效，按MEL23-20保留，保留号
XXX。TR found FWD attendant microphone malfunction，deferred
referring to MEL23-30，No. XXX.
2. 按MEL34-36保留，C类，同意放行。
Per MEL34-36 defer ,category C，released.
3. 按航线维护手册，操纵测试正常，渗油量符合放行标准，同意
放行。
Per AMM，control test OK，leakage within limits，released.
4. 拔出P6面板上XX跳开关，并在上面安装固定卡子，挂好
“INOP”标牌后按MEL XXXX放行。Pulled the circuit breaker XX in the P6 panel, installed a collar and a
“INOP” label on circuit breaker XX, dispatched referring to
MELXXXX.
按…，更换…件，测试正常，撤消 / 关闭…保留
1.，撤消XXXDD/FC。rescind DD/FCXXX.
2. 更新FMC导航数据库，通电测试工作正常，右HWAS地图方
式正常，并关闭MEL保留。

3. 清洁并重装左GPS天线，地面测试正常，撤消XXXXX页上的
XXXXXX保留。
Cleaned and reinstalled L GPS antenna，GND test OK，rescinded

1. 雷达罩和右发进气道口有鸟击痕迹。Checked and found bird
strike on radiome and R engine air inlet.
2. 地面检查雷达罩和右发进气道正常，右发风扇叶片正常，涵道
正常。GND check found radidme & R engine normal，engine fan
blades & bypass normal.

1. 左发右点火器不工作。L engine R igniter INOP.

3. 巡航过程左右管道压力相差过大。

5. 第二部应答机“ATC FAIL”灯亮。No.2 transponder “ATC FAIL
”light on.6. 空中气象雷达失效。Weather radar failed in flight.
7. 副翼操纵作动筒漏油。Aileron control actuator leaked fluid.
8. 自动驾驶B通道无法接通。Autopilot channel B couldn’t engage.
9. 空调流量小，制冷效果差。Small air-conditioning flow，poor
cooling.
发 现 故 障 原 因
1. 航后发现前起落架镜面太低，结果发现是充气活门锁不死漏气
所致。AF：found nose gear mirror too low，checked and found
charging valve could’t lock ,leaked air.
2. 航后发现左外主轮扎伤见线。AF：checked and found L outboard
main wheel punctured out of limits
3. 过站发现右外主轮磨损见线。TR： checked and found R
outboard gear worn out of limits .
为判断…故障/因为航材缺件，对串…件，测试…
1. 与B-2652飞机对串磁带放像机，通电测试正常。Exchange tape
reproducer with A/C B-2652，power-on test normal.
2. 为判断B-2652自动刹车故障，将P2-2面板与B-2650对串，通
电测试正常。Troubleshooting for auto brake fault of A/C B-
2652，robbed P2-2 from A/C B-2650，power-on test OK.
3. 由于航材缺件，为判断故障，左右发对串引气调节器，试车检
查右发引气压力正常。Due to lacking of parts，for
troubleshooting，interchanged bleed air regulator of R engine with L
engine，running-up test normal.
4. 根据非例行工卡，将APU滑油量传感器与B-2652飞机对串，
测试正常。Refer to NRC，exchanged APU oil QTY sensor with A/C
B-2652，test OK.
更换……件，试车检查……
1. 更换右发引气调节器，试车正常，左右压力一致。Replaced R
engine bleed air regulator，running-up test OK，pressure the same.
1. 清洗设备冷却供气低流量传感器及插头，测试正常。Cleaned
equipment cooling supply air low flow sensor & plug，test OK.
2. 地面对DFCS做系统测试正常，清洁MCP板后插头，测试B通
道正常。GND test for DFCS OK，cleaned MCP aft plug，test for
channel B OK.
3. 地面对ATC通电测试工作正常。Ground power-on test for ATC
OK.
1. 接生产调度通知，B-2652飞机起落次数多/少记2个，现已更正。
Production notified two cycles reduced/ added on A/C B-2652.
