涡旋式风冷冷水(热泵)机组技术特点
AQUASNAP,30RA/RH-A系列涡旋式风冷冷水(热泵)机组是开利最新技术创新的体现:环保制冷剂HFC-407C,涡旋式压缩机,复合材料制成的低噪音风扇,微处理控制系统。具有专利的平衡/节能器的制冷剂环路,可靠的Pro-Dialog 自动调节控制系统,在从-10℃到46℃的气候下均可以经济地运行。AQUASNAP机组的标准配置是包括完整的水系统,安装使用极其简便快速:只需一把扳手联接冷(热)水供回水管,一把螺丝刀联接电源线。
机组特点:
■一体化的水系统能快速地安装,包括了所有系统必要水力组件:可拆卸的视镜过滤器、高扬程的水泵、膨胀水箱、流量开关、安全阀、压力表、放气阀,以及用于整定水流量的节流阀等。板式蒸发器及内置水力模块均配有防冻电加热器,可有效保护机组在低达-10℃的气温条件下水路不发生冻结。AQUASNAP也提供不带内置水力模块的机组作为选项供用户选用。
■30RY/RYH机组装有宁静的可用余压轴流风扇。安装时不象离心风扇般需要调整,其流量依赖管道系统的压力损失。风扇直接安装在风机上,因此没有皮带调整和更换问题。当机组在部分负荷或低环境温度工况下运行时会自动切换到低速状态。
■小容量的水循环:压缩机自适应控制逻辑,消除了过频压缩机循环的风险;较低的系统循环水量要求,使AQUASNAP应用到大多数的舒适性空调场合时,无需专门为系统配置缓冲水箱。低循环水量减少了从制冷到制热转变的过渡期中的能耗,同时也能使用户更舒适。
■环保制冷剂HFC-407C不会对臭氧层造成破坏。是R-22的替代品。开利对它进行了多年的测试,其具有和R-22同样的安全及可靠性,结合独到的制冷剂环路设计,其性能还可优于使用R-22的机组。
ABO及RhD血型鉴定试验标准操作规程
(一)检验目的
检测红细胞表面ABO血型抗原、RhD抗原及血清(或血浆)中抗A、抗B抗体,确定受检者ABO及RhD血型。
(二)检验原理
1.手工试管法、玻片法或纸板法 利用标准IgM抗A/B血清鉴定红细胞表面ABO抗原即正定型,利用已知ABO血型反定型红细胞鉴定同一标本血清(或血浆)中的抗A/B抗体即反定型,综合正反定型结果确定受检标本ABO血型;利用标准IgM抗D直接鉴定RhD血型。
2.微柱凝胶法 ABO/RhD卡的微管中装填有葡聚糖凝胶颗粒和抗A、抗B、抗D标准血清,如果红细胞表面存在A或B或D抗原,就会与对应的抗体发生凝集反应,凝胶颗粒具有分子筛的作用,可以阻滞凝集的红细胞在离心力的作用下通过凝胶颗粒,使其悬浮在凝胶颗粒中,未凝集的红细胞则可以通过凝胶颗粒到达微管底部。
3.玻璃珠微柱法 ABO/RhD卡的微管中装填有玻璃微珠和抗A、抗B、抗D标准血清,如果红细胞表面存在A或B或D抗原,就会与对应的抗体发生凝集反应,玻璃微珠具有分子筛的作用,可以阻滞凝集的红细胞在离心力的作用下通过玻璃微珠,使其悬浮在玻璃微珠层的上端,未凝集的红细胞则可以通过玻璃微珠之间的微小空隙到达微管底部。 (三)适用范围
适用于手工、半自动、全自动ABO血型及RhD血型鉴定试验。

(五)器材与试剂
1.器材WADiana全自动血型配血系统、SWING-SAXO血型配血系统、Techno全自动血型配血系统、Othro AutoVue
Innova全自动血型配血系统、B600-A型低速离心机、KA-2200血清学专用离心机、阅片灯箱、塑料软试管、塑料硬质试管(100mm×12mm和75mm×l2mm)、血型鉴定专用纸板、玻片、试管架、一次性塑料滴管、记号笔。
