Hi everyone! Today I want to tell you all about my family's

Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Mid-Autumn Festival is one of

the most important festivals in China, and my family always

celebrates it together.

On the day of Mid-Autumn Festival, we start by making

delicious mooncakes. My mom teaches me how to mix the flour,

sugar, and other ingredients together to make the dough. Then

we fill the mooncake molds with lotus seed paste and salted egg

yolks. It's so much fun to make them and even more fun to eat

them later!

After making mooncakes, we go out to the park to enjoy the

beautiful full moon. The moon is so big and bright, and we love

sitting outside and admiring it. My mom always tells me the story

of Chang'e, the goddess of the moon, and how she flew to the

Hi everyone! I want to tell you about how I celebrated

Mid-Autumn Festival this year. It was so much fun!

First, my family and I went shopping for mooncakes. We

bought all different flavors like red bean, lotus seed, and even ice

cream mooncakes. They were so delicious!

Then, we went to the park with our lanterns. My lantern was

shaped like a cute bunny and it lit up with different colors. We

walked around the park with our lanterns, it was so beautiful to

see all the lanterns glowing in the dark.

Next, we had a big feast with our relatives. We ate yummy

food like dumplings, roast duck, and of course, more mooncakes.

We sat around the table and talked and laughed all night long.
