二、整体分析近年来，重庆英语中考试题随着英语学科核心素养的深入一直在不断地探索、变革。

英语学科素养等于英语学科关键能力（语言能力、学习能力）+必备品格（思维品质、文化品格），语言技能包括听、说、读、写、译等，在中考题中主要体现在听力、单项选择、阅读理解、书面表达等题型中。

从2018年英语中考试题看，与2017年相比，在总分150分不变的情况下，客观题下调3分，主观题增加3分，分别任务型阅读增加1分，作文增加2分。

2019年中考英语继续围绕英语学科素养进行，主要考察学生运用语言的能力。

2019年重庆中考英语将单项选择由2018年的“15个小题，15分”调整为“10个小题，10分”，其中5分的分值增加在阅读题内。

由此可见，直接考查语言知识的试题有所减少，对学生思维能力考查的比重相应增加。
