一个完整的周期可分为三个阶段: (一)输入刷新阶段程序开始时,监控程序使机器以扫描方式逐个输入所有输入端口上的信号,并依次存入对应的输入映象寄存器。
(二)程序处理阶段所有的输入端口采样结束后,即开始进行逻辑运算处理,根据用户输入的控制程序,从第一条开始,逐条加以执行,并将相应的逻辑运行结果,存入对应的中间元件和输出元件映象寄存器,当最后一条控制程序执行完毕后,即转入输出刷新处理。
(三)输出刷新阶段将输出元件映象寄存器的内容,从第一个输出端口开始,到最后一个结束,依次读入对应的输出锁存器,从而驱动输出器件形成可编程的实际输出。
一般地,PLC 的一个扫描周期约10ms ,另外,可编程序控制器的输入/输出还有响应滞后(输入滤波约10ms ),继电器机械滞后约10ms ,所以,一个信号从输入到实际输出,大约有20--30ms 的滞后。
输入信号的有效宽度应大于1个周期+10ms 。
第三节 三菱FX PLC 中各种元件介绍(以FX2-64MR 为例) 一、输入继电器 X •X 、Y 还有无数个常开、常闭触点供编程使用。
• Y 外部分仅有一个常开触点供带动负载使用。
• 可以看出每组都是8个X0--X7 X10-X17(共32点)X20-X27 X30-X37 •输入输出点数根据实际工程需要来确定。
•可采用主机+扩展的方式来使用,扩展的编号依次编下去。

All contacts are designed as Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) contacts. Dual Pressostats PS2 come with two independently actuated SPDT contacts.Switch PointsThe set points are adjustable with internal adjustment spindles. The range spindle allows presetting the upper switch point together with the lower switch point. The differential spindle is used to preset the lower switch point. The dependency between upper and lower set point is as follows:lower set point = upper set point – differentialParts with manual reset feature a fixed differential. (二)权属资料瑕疵事项1.纳入本次评估的固定资产账面价值为被评估单位预转固打包入账形成,本次评估,企业根据评估人员的要求,对该部分资产进行了明细拆分,且企业承诺委估资产至评估基准日不存在未付工程款情形。
本次评估,评估师是在设定完整产权情况下作出的估值,未考虑可能存在的工程欠款对评估值的影响。
2.纳入本次评估范围的采矿权,其证载权利人为南风化工集团股份有限公司,对此证载权利人及被评估单位均已出具说明,承诺委估采矿权为衡阳南风化工有限公司所有,产权无瑕疵。
3.纳入本次评估范围的房屋建筑物共计33项,建筑面积总计19,674.92平方米,均未办理房屋所有权证。
但被评估单位已取得建设用地规划许可证、建设施工许可证,且被评估单位已就上述无证房屋出具了权属说明,承诺该部分建筑为其合法拥有,产权不存在瑕疵事项。
4.至评估基准日,被评估单位委估车辆共计三辆,其中牌照号为湘D96772皮卡车正在进行年检,尚未取得年检后的车辆行驶证;牌照号为湘DA1448救护车,于2013年5月停止使用,且未进行车辆年检。
(三)本次资产评估对应的经济行为中,可能对评估结论产生重大影响的事项南风化工集团股份有限公司与衡阳市国土资源局于2003年7月签订了衡阳市珠晖塔矿区钙芒硝矿采矿权出让合同。
合同规定:该采矿权出让期限为24年,有效期自颁发采矿许可证之日起24年;资源储量:10855万吨,其中可采储量921万吨;采矿权价款为人民币340万元。
