Chinese students celebrate their birthday in different ways, but the most common way is to hold a birthday party, at which friends get together to have fun drinking, singing and dancing. 1、缩略或剪截法（shortening or clippin）：把原来较长的词缩短成新词，意义不变，如：

2、倒退构词法（back－formation）：将某些词误作派生词而去其词缀构成，经长期使用，它们被人们接受了，如：
