创立于1992年，经国家工商行政管理总局核准，
登记为无行政区划企业名称，是以建筑施工（一
级资质）为主业，集房地产开发（一级资质）、市
政公用工程（一级资质）、物业管理、酒店服务、
装饰装修、园林绿化、金融产业、林农产业、医
疗产业等多项产业为一体的综合性企业集团，集
团常年用工5500余名，总资产20多亿元，年产
值20多亿元，年创利税上亿元。

发展，为当地经济发展和社会进步作出显著贡献。

Cheng Zhong Investment Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter as Chengzhong Group) is headquartered in Yibin City – the first city along the Yangtze River and an area in Sichuan Province bordering Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province. Incorporated in 1992, Chengzhong Group was registered as a corporate name not having administrative division upon the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. It possesses the Grade-one State General Contracting Certificate of Housing Construction and the Grade-one Real Estate Development Certificate, and has been awarded such titles as a" National Civilized Unit" ,an“Enterprise Strictly Abiding by Contracts and Keeping Its Words”, an “Excellent Unit” of China’s corporate culture building system .
