通过她对英国中学生活的描述,学生对英国中学生的日常学习情况增加一定的了解。
但由于内容较多以及中英文化方面的差异,在阅读过程中,对于刚进入高中学习的学生,他们中有些在完全理解课文方面有一定的困难。
针对上述分析,本课在设计时先以录像导入的形式,增加学生对文章有关的感性知识;然后采用略读的方法,培养学生阅读整体观念;在随后的细节处理时,采取寻读、细节理解、正误辨别的方法;在难点处理时,通过启发诱导,教师归纳的措施加以突破。
整个教学过程的设计由浅入深,由感悟、理解、分析、归纳、总结到运用,从而完成从阅读输入到理解输出的学习过程,达到培养学生阅读能力的目标。

教学设计一、教学课型:语法课主要是讲解明喻与暗喻的用法。
通过对明喻、暗喻的学习,使学生能认识并理解句子的深层含义。
本堂课结合情感态度、语言知识、学习策略等目标,贴近学生生活;利用学生感兴趣的话题,激发其兴趣与自信;主动参与,乐于思考。
二、学情分析高三学生在各种高考题型尤其是完形填空及阅读理解中都遇到过明喻和暗喻的句子,加之教师在平常授课过程中对常见比喻的解释,学生对于明喻和暗喻并不陌生,它存在于日常交流当中。
通过这堂课的教学,继续培养学生关注明喻、暗喻的兴趣,并扩大词汇量,提高学生对明喻、暗喻的理解能力。
三、教材目标及教材处理高中英语新课程的总目标是使学生进一步明确学习英语的目的,发展自主学习和合作学习的能力,发展学生的思维能力,最终培养其综合语言运用能力。
本堂课的教学内容为Module11Unit1的语法:simile and metaphor。
明喻的比拟手法是直接、明确且指出两件事物或概念的相似,而暗喻的比拟手法迂回、抽象,需要学生自行会意。
按照新课程标准的精神,笔者对教材进行了处理,先从一段学生熟悉的视频入手,以提高他们进一步学习的兴趣,并实现学生对探究构建,然后在教材文章中找出明喻、暗喻的句子让学生掌握;最后通过任务合作学习运用于日常交际及高考各种题型中。
此外,本堂课凭借多媒体,利用各种形式维护和提高学生的学习兴趣,让不同水平的学生都能体验到学习的乐趣,由此培养学生积极乐观的人生态度。
四、教学重点与难点教学重、难点分别为:掌握明喻、暗喻的表现形式;培养学生理解和运用明喻、暗喻的能力。
为了避免学生只知道单词而不懂句子意思,需要从说(更多的明喻、暗喻的例子)、读(教材的文章)、做(有关暗喻明喻的高考例子)、听(阿甘对生活的定义)四个方面整合教材。
五、三维目标(一)知识和技能目标1.通过对明喻、暗喻例句的分析培养学生理解语言的能力;2.让学生尽量在写作输出过程中运用到明喻或暗喻的句子;3.培养学生从听力、阅读文章中获取信息,相互讨论,促进学生更有效地交际能力的发展。

You should be a brave person.For lawyers, a courtroom is a battlefield.A lawyer is pared to a fighter. He must fight to win cases here. Going to work everyday became a chore for him, and he could hardly wait to find a new and exciting job.Work is pared to a chore. This work is boring and the speaker is tired of it.More metaphors for you to enjoy:"I am a rainbow" is a example of metaphor because it is paring two nouns, a person, and a rainbow, but does not use like or as.Homework:1.
