大学生关注社会热点问题的调查报告随着社会的发展和形势的变化,大学生关注的热点问题呈现出多样性和多变性。温家宝在同济大学演讲时讲到:希望大学生们经常地仰望天空(关注社会时事)，学会做人，学会思考，学会知识和技能，做一个关心世界和国家命运的人。而当前大学生对各种社会问题的关注度就是社会责任感的最直接表现。大学生有必要多关心一些时事从而培养更多的历史责任感和社会洞察力。我们也需要了解大学生关注哪些社会热点，这些社会热点又是否影响到了大学生本身，大学生对这些社会热点又有什么看法。然而调查研究正是了解和把握大学生思想动态、增强其思想政治教育针对性和实效性的有效途径。通过对大学生关注的教育领域内的教育质量、教育成本、创业就业等问题的调查分析,了解大学生关注的热点问题,进而把握其思想动态,为进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提供参考和依据大学生是未来世界的生力军，掌握着先进的技术，拥有着极高的创造性和理解能力，大学生群体的思想关乎一个国家的前途和命运，所以，我们大学生有必要多关心一些时事从而培养更多的历史责任感和社会洞察力。
一:调查目的
1、了解大学生关注社会热点问题的特点
2、了解大学生在社会热点问题关注上存在的问题
3、引导大学生正确对待社会热点问题
二:调查方式
采用自填式问卷调查方法。向所取得的样本中发放问卷，了解大学生关注社会热点问题的情况。
三:调查范围
哈尔滨师范大学全体学生(限于四年级以下)
四:抽样方案
以哈师大全体学生(限于四年级以下)为样本总体，采用多段随机抽样方法调查
大学生关注社会热点的情况。
1.一段抽样，从校抽到学院。由于学院之间学术差异较大，因而应采用易于这
类抽样单位的分类随机抽样方法。其具体做法是:首先，编制第一级抽样框。假定
以学术分类为标准，将我校26个学院按学术类型分为理工类，文史类，艺体类，
其他类4类，它们分别为6个，8个，4个和8个，抽出25,的单位即7个学院作
为第一级样本。在6个里抽2个，8个里抽2个，4个里抽1个，8个里抽2个共,
个学院组成一级样本。
2.二段抽样，从学院抽到年级。采用等距随机抽样，首先，编制第二级抽样
框。把一级样本,个学院的每个学院的年级依次编号(除大四外)。从二级抽样中抽出,个作为二级样本。这样间隔距离为,,?,,,.再次，随机抽出二级样本。即先在第一抽样间隔,到,号抽出第一个样本，假定为,号。按照间隔距离,，抽出编号为,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,的年级做为二级样本。
3.三段抽样，从年级抽到班级。采用简单随机抽样，分别从二级抽样的,个样
本中各随机抽取,个样本，即从,个不同学院的不同年级中抽取,个班级，共抽取,,
