数字万用表使用方法介绍数字万用表,顾名思义,其工作原理主要以数字电路为基础来检测和分析信号,然后通过模数转换器提供LCD显示出来。
数字万用表虽然是较复杂的电子测量工具,但正确地按说明书去操作、留意常规的注意事项,保持良好的使用环境,那么仪表的使用寿命和准确度会大大提高及稳定。
数字万用表采用液晶显示器作为读数装置,具有测量精度高、使用安全可靠的特点。
它的型号品种较多,测量非常简便。
数字万用表主要有:直流电压、直流电流、交流电压、交流电流、电阻、电路通断测试、二极管测试等常用测量功能;随着电子科技的发展,万用表又具备了很多应用功能:数据存储、数据传输、示波等:而其中有部分向专业应用领域发展:电力测试的功率计、泄漏电流测试仪、绝缘电阻测试仪,工矿行业使用的红外测温仪,环境测试类的噪音计、风速仪等。
下面以优利德公司手持式普通型数字万用表UT58C为例,讲讲万用表的使用知识。
UT58C 是一款3l/2位数字万用表,但是除了电压、电流、电阻测试功能外,还有电容、频率、二极管、通断蜂鸣、三极管hFE、温度测量,它特有的大屏幕显示和输入提示功能也给使用者带来很多方便。
数字万用表的使用交、直流电压的测量:将电源开关置于ON位置,根据需要将量程开关拨至DCV(直流)或ACV(交流)范围内的合适量程,红表笔插人V/Ω孔,黑表笔插入COM孔,然后将两只表笔连接到被测点上,液晶显示器上便直接显示被测点的电压。
在测量仪器仪表的文流电压时,应当用黑表笔去接触被测电压的低电位端(如信号发生器的公共接地端或机壳),从而减小测量误差。
注意:如果在不知道被测电压的范围时.建议将档位拔到最高档(1000V),然后根据显示屏读数来转换到较合适的量程,确保测试结果的准确。
实际UT58C在使用者选择量程时,显示屏上均会提示你相应需要选择的表笔输入位置(交直流电压、电阻、频率均使用“COM”、“Hz/V/Ω”两个输入端来进行测试。
交流电压V与直流电压V的测试方法相同。
数字万用表说明书优利德UNI-T58B1、交流直流电压测量将红表笔插入V插孔,黑表笔插入COM插孔;将功能量程开关置于或电压测量档,并将表笔并联到待测电源或负载上;从显示器上直接读取被测电压值,交流测量显示值为正弦有效值(平均值响应);仪表的输入阻抗均约为10M欧姆,这种负载在高阻抗的电路中会引起测量上的误差;大部分情况下如果电阻在10K欧姆以下,误差可以忽略;不要输入高于1000V的电压,测量更高的电压是有可能的,但有损坏仪表的危险;在测量高电压时,要特别注意避免触电;在完成所有的测量操作后,要断开表笔与被测电路的连接;2、交直流电流测量将红表笔插入“μA”“mA”或“A”插孔,黑表笔插入COM插孔;将功能量程开关置于安培直流与交流电流测量档,并将仪表表笔串联到待测电路中;从显示器上直接读取被测电流值,交流测量显示值为正弦波有效值;(平均值响应);注意:在仪表串联到待测回路之前,应先将回路中的电源关闭;测量时应使用正确的输入端口和功能档位,如不能估计电流的大小,应从高档量程开始测量;大于10A电流测量时,因安培输入端口没有设置保险丝,为了安全使用每次测量时间应小于10S,间隔时间应大于15M;当表笔插在电流端子上时,切勿把表笔测试针并联到任何电路上,会烧断仪表内部保险丝和损坏仪表;在完成所有的测量操作后,应先关断电源再断开表笔与被测电路的连接,对大电流的测量更为重要;3、电阻测量将红表笔插入Ω插孔,黑表笔插入COM插孔;将功能开关置于欧姆测量档,并将表笔并联到被测电路上;从显示器上直接读取被测电阻值;注意:如果被子测电阻开路或阻值超过仪表最大量程时,显示器将显示1;当测量在线电阻时,在测量前必须先将被测电路内所有电源并断,并将所有电容器放尽残余电荷,才能保证测量正确;在低阻测量时,表笔会带来约0.1Ω到0.2Ω电阻的测量误差;为获得精确读数,应首先将表笔短路,记住短路显示值,在测量结果中减去表笔短路显示值,才能确保测量精度;如果表笔短路时的电阻值不小于0.5Ω时,应检查表笔是否有松脱现象或其它原因;测量1MΩ以上的电阻时,可能需要几秒后读数才会稳定,这对于高阻的测量属于正常,为了获得稳定读数尽量选用短的测试线;不要输入高于直流60V或交流30V以上的电压,避免伤害人身安全;在完成所有的测量操作时,要断开表笔与被测电路的选择;4、二极管测量将红表笔插入有二极管符号标志的插孔,黑表笔插入COM插孔,红表笔极性为正,黑表笔极性为负;将功能开关置于标有二极管符号标志的档位,红表笔接到被子测二极管的正极,黑表笔执着到二管的负极;从显示器上直接读取被子测二极管的近似正向PN结压降值,单位是毫伏,对硅PN结而言,一般约为500到800mV确认为正常值;如果被测二极管开路或极性反接时,显示为1,当测量在线二极管时,在测量前必须首先将被测电路内所有电源并断,并将所有电容器放尽残余电荷;二极管没试开路电压约为3V;不要输入高于直流60V或交流30V以上的电压,避免伤害人身安全;5、电容器测量将转接插座插入伏特与毫安二插孔,量程开关置于标有电容符号、标有单位F的合适档位,然后将被测电容插入转接插座CX对应插孔,从显示器上直接读取被测电容值;如果被测电容短路,容值勤超过仪表的最大量程,显示器将显示1;所有的电容在测试前必须全部放尽残余电荷;大于10μF的电容,测量时,会需要较长的时间;属正常;不要输入高于直流60V或交流30V以上的电压,避免伤害人身安全;在完成所有的测量操作后,取下转接插座;6、如果是C型,可以测量温度和频率7、三极管HFE测量将转接插座插入伏特与毫安的二插孔;量程开关置于HFE档位,然后将被测NPN或PNP型三极管插入转接插座对应插孔位;从显示器上直接读取被测三极管HFE近似值;不要输入高于直流60V或交流30V以上的电压;在完成所有的测量操作后,取下转接插座;8、数据保持HOLD在任何测量情况下,当按下HOLD键时,仪表显示随即保持测量结果,再按一次HOLD键时,仪表显示保持测量结果自动解锁,随机显示当前测量结果;9自动关机功能当连续测量时间超过约15分钟,显示器将消隐显示,仪表进入微功耗休眠状态,如果唤醒仪表重新工作,连续按二次POWER按键开关即可。

2.适用范围本规程适用于公司UT58A手持万用表的操作、点检、维护和保养。
3.角色和职责4.1)使用本机人员经过培训后操作。
2)请按照规程里有关的操作说明使用仪表,否则可能消弱或失去仪表为您提供的安全保护。
3)使用前要检查仪表和表笔,谨防任何损坏或不正常的现象,如果发现异常情况:如表笔线裸露、机壳损坏、液晶显示器无显示等,请不要使用。
严禁使用没有后盖和后盖没有盖好的仪表,否则有电击危险。
4)表笔破损必须更换,并换上同样型号或相同电器规格的表笔。

To obtain accurate readings in low-resistance, short-circuit the input terminals beforehand and record the reading obtained (called this reading as X). (X) is the additional resistance from the test lead. Then use the equation:measured resistance value (Y) – (X)=accurate readings of resistance.●If the input terminal short-circuit reading 0.5,check the test leads for any looseness or other cause.●For high resistance (>1M Ω), it is normal taking several seconds to obtain a stable reading; select short test leads for stable and precise readings.●When the resistance is higher than the maximum range or in open circuit condition, the Meter displays “1”.●When resistance measurement has been completed, disconnect the connection between the testing leads and the circuit under test.WarningTo avoid damage to the Meter or to the equipment under test, disconnect circuit power and discharge all high-voltage capacitors before measuring diodes.To avoid harms to you, please do not attempt to input voltages higher than 60V DC or 30V rms AC.Use the diode test to check diodes, transistors, and other semiconductor devices. The diode test sends a current through the semiconductor junction, and then measures the voltage drop across the junction. Turn the Meter off and remove all connections from the terminals.2. Remove the holster from the Meter.3. Remove the 3 screws from the case bottom, and separate the case top from the case bottom.4. Remove the fuse by gently prying one end loose, then take out the fuse from its bracket.5.Install ONLY replacement fuses with the identical type and specification and make sure the fuse is fixed firmly in the bracket.Fuse: 0.5A, 250V, fast type,φ5x20mm6. Rejoin the case bottom and case top, and reinstall the 3 screws and holster.Replacement of the fuses is seldom required. Burning of a fuse always results from improper operation.C.Replacing the Battery (See Figure 10)To replace the Meter’s battery:1. Turn the Meter power off and remove all connections from the terminals.2. Remove the holster from the Meter.separate the case top from the case bottom.4. Remove the battery from the battery connector.5. Replace with a new 9V battery (NEDA1604, 6F22 or 006P).6.
