“What's the matter”主要用来提问别人怎么了或出了什么问题。

需要注意的是：1、如果是要问正在和你交流的对方怎么了，则需采用的表达是：What's the matter, ...(对方姓名)?上句中的省略号处要使用的是被提问者的姓名。

比如：What's the matter, Tom?汤姆，你怎么了？2、如果是要问对方第三方怎么了，则需采用的表示是：What's the matter with sb. (第三方), ...(对方姓名)?上句中的sb.就是被问及的第三方，而省略号处是指被直接提问的对方姓名。

比如：What's the matter with Andy, Tom?汤姆，安迪怎么了？三、更多拓展Two ice creams please.注意ice cream既可以用作不可数名词，也可以用作可数名词。
