3.1泥岩 mudstone一种由泥巴及黏土固化而成的沉积岩。
泥岩层理不明显,或呈块状,局部失去可塑性,遇水不立即膨胀。
3.2粉砂质泥岩 silty mudstone泥岩的一种,其主要成分为黏土矿物并含有少量粉砂质,具有页状或薄片状层理,用硬物击打易裂成碎片,透水性很差。
3.3砂质泥岩 sandy mudstone泥岩的一种,其主要矿物为伊利石—蒙脱石混层,并含有少量砂质。
3.4风化系数 weathering coefficient风化岩石与新鲜岩石单轴饱和抗压强度之比。
3.5封水过渡层 sealing water and transition layer在泥岩路基修筑过程中,地基与路堤间、挖方段、路堤与路床间、路堤表层铺筑低液限黏土或石灰土以达到封水和过渡的作用。
4 泥岩分类及适用范围4.1 泥岩分类4.1.1 按风化程度分类见表1。
