单侧爆震性耳聋患者对侧耳耳声发射分析作者:李谊岳玮冯艳华张灵敏何亚来源:《医学信息》2014年第04期摘要:目的研究爆震性耳聋患者单耳发病时对侧耳的耳蜗功能状态。
方法利用丹麦Mdsen公司生产的Capella全功能耳声发射分析仪对单侧爆震性聋患者的对侧耳30例(30耳,观察组)及正常人20例(40耳,对照组)分别进行瞬态声诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)及畸变产物耳发射(DPOAE)检测,记录和分析TEOAE的通过率及各频率DPOAE的检出率、幅值。
