问卷调查的缺点是数据是主观的,并且是建立在受训人员在测试时的意见和情感之上的。
个人意见的偏差有可能夸大评定分数,而且,在培训课程结束前的最后一节课,受训人员对课程的判断很容易受到经验丰富的培训协调员或培训机构的领导者富有鼓动性的总结发言的影响,加之有些受训人员为了照顾情面,所有这一切均可能在评估是减弱受训人员原先对该课程不好的印象,从而影响评估结果的有效性。
二级评估需要检查学员所学的东西。
这种检查可能以考卷形式进行,也可能是实际操作;学习层评估是目前最常见、也是最常用到的一种评价方式。
它是测量受训人员对原理、事实、技术和技能的掌握程度。
学习层评估的方法包括笔试、技能操练和工作模拟等。
培训组织者可以通过笔试、绩效考核等方法来了解受训人员在培训前后,知识以及技能的掌握方面有多大程度的提高。
