本手册提供对无纸记录仪使用时关于安装、运行操作、参数设计、故障诊断等方面的方法,在使用无纸记录仪之前,敬请仔细阅读本手册并妥善保管在便于随时翻阅处。
因技术升级而作的更改不再另行通知,请以实物为准。
装箱清单注意事项◆本仪表适用于一般工业场合,如有特殊的使用要求请另行设置保护装置◆为保证仪表安全工作,请使用额定电压的供电电源,正确接线,妥善接地,接通电源后,请不要触摸仪表后部的接线端子,以防触电◆为了您和仪表的安全,请勿带电安装◆本无纸记录仪是非安防爆产品,切勿在有可燃或爆炸性气体的环境中使用◆记录仪的安装位置请保证通风顺畅◆仪表在靠近电源动力线,强电场,强磁场或交流接触器干扰的场合应采取相应的屏蔽措施◆为避免测量误差,传感器是热电偶时,请使用相应的补偿导线传感器是热电阻时,要使用三根规格相同而且电阻值小于10Ω的铜导线,否则会造成测量误差◆擦拭仪表时请用干净软布,切勿蘸取酒精、汽油等有机溶剂;如果仪表进水,请立即断电,停止使用◆为延长仪表的使用寿命,请定期进行保养和维护◆开箱时如发现仪表因运输而致的破损,请与厂家联系目录第一章概述。

² 多通道采集及输出提供最多12路全隔离全可切信号输入、6路DC24V馈电和12路继电器输出。
在不超过8路全可切输入信号的情况下,提供最多4路的变送输出或4路的频率信号输入。
通过组态设定,各通道可做为流量信号检测通道,也可做为温度、压力补偿信号检测通道。
² 通信提供带光电隔离的RS-232或RS-485通讯接口,方便与上位机联网通信。

4#楼无纸记录仪使用说明一.简介概要无纸记录仪将以前记录在记录纸上的测量/运算数据显示在液晶画面上,同时也可以保存在外部存储媒体中。
显示数据是仪表画面显示曲线和数显的数据。
它是仪表从采样到的数据中筛选出来的。
一个数据相当于曲线画面上的一个点,一个数据所代表的时间是由仪表的记录间隔所决定的。
※本记录仪记录间隔时间设定为2分钟。
(理论上记录间隔时间为2分钟时,数据在记录仪中的储存时间为360天)二.显示屏认识画面由状态显示部分和数据显示部分构成。
状态显示---显示画面名称,日期和时间,输入采集板状态,数据显示---显示测量/运算数据的数字/棒图/曲线显示或者报警/打印/备份等的运行画面。
各部分的名称和功能1. 显示屏——显示曲线等各种运行画面,组态画面。
2. 操作盖——操作按键,插入或取出U 盘等外部存储媒体时,请打开盖子进行。
打开盖子扣住盖子上方的扣子面向操作者方向一拉即可。
此盖子在不进行上述操作时请务必关好。
3. USB口——USB 接口,插入U 盘备份数据时使用。
4. 翻页键——运行画面时切换画面使用可与确认键形成组合键,进入组态画面。
5. 左移键——向左移动光标,向前追忆等功能。
6. 右移键——向右移动光标,向后追忆等功能。
7. 上移键——增加光标所在值的量,切换通道等功能。
8. 下移键——减少光标所在值的量,切换时标等功能。
9. 确认键——执行光标所在按钮的动作编辑光标所在值,切换追忆方式等功能。
三.运行画面切换运行画面由数显画面、棒图画面、实时曲线画面、历史曲线画面、报警列表画面、数据打印画面、数据备份、累积报表组成。
※各个画面间使用[翻页]键来进行切换。
1.历时曲线的读取(历史曲线追忆提供两种方式,连续追忆和定点追忆。
)连续追忆状态与定点追忆状态的切换,连续追忆状态下使用[确认]键切换到定点追忆状态。
定点追忆状态下使用[确认]键切换到连续追忆状态。
2.连续追忆状态切换曲线组合连续追忆状态下,使用[上键],切换显示到下一通道的曲线。
