浅谈我的小学英语竞赛辅导心得广东省佛山市南海区桂城中心小学董春燕我是在2004年辅导学生参加5月份的全国小学生英语竞赛。
感觉英语竞赛辅导是一项富有挑战性的工作,特别是在高手林立的佛山南海,要取很好的成绩,确实很大压力,也很不容易。
在此,我对自己两个多月的辅导工作和体会做个简单总结,希望对同行们培养尖子生有所帮助。
一.多方观察,挑好苗子。
在进行辅导之前,最关键的环节是挑好苗子。
由于全国小学生英语能力竞赛是目前我国规模最大、最具权威性的小学生学科竞赛,它与任何一次校内竞赛对苗子的要求都不同。
它对参赛者的基础知识、应用能力、速度、心理素质、兴趣热情等方面的要求都很高。
因此,选拔人才的时候就要紧扣这几方面。
同时,选拔辅导对象要把握好“少·精”的原则。
据以往的经验,人选太多辅导面虽然广,对班中的尖子生有促进作用,但是由于优秀学生的水平也不太一致,辅导起来效果不及两到三个好。
所以集中辅导2~3个是最合适的。
另外,小学阶段知识一脉相承,挑选苗子适宜从平时一贯的表现跟踪。
由于我从一年级就开始教这些竞赛的学生,所以对他们的情况很熟悉。
比如谢颖瑶、严思颖、王烨、张宇斌等几位同学学起来很灵活,比班中任何其他学生的水平都要高。
因此在培训初期就算有个别学生一两次失手了,我也不会放弃他们。
平时就特别有意识地训练他们的作文能力,要求、鼓励他们多看课外书,借参考书给他们看。
在一定程度上打下了竞赛的根基。
二.选好竞训资料。
竞赛资料的购买应该把握“宁缺勿滥”的原则。
现在,市面上竞训方面的辅导书真是琳琅满目,但是一定要紧跟竞赛方向去选择购买,并且要尽早买。
竞训初期我们用的是《小学生英语奥林匹克》高年级分册,因为这本书就是大赛主办方英语辅导报的社长高天仁教授编写出版的,内容肯定很安全可靠。
通过此书,学生可以全面了解竞赛题型,有意识地提高复习,并把所有的知识点系统化、条理化。
稍后,我又给学生看、做《奥英天天练》,这本书非常好,有每个知识点的精讲和例题,精讲后附有适量训练题,同时又有模拟题几套。

低年级组竞赛的基本知识1. 英语的基本知识在世界上,英语早已成为世界性语言。
英语的使用方式有三种:一、以英语为母语,包括英语、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、爱尔兰共和国等;二、以英语为第二语言的国家,如中国香港、新加坡、印度、巴基斯坦等;三、以英语为外语,如日本、泰国、巴西、瑞典等,在这些国家,英语作为被用于对外事务、对外贸易和国际学术文化交流等场合。
世界上一英语为母语的人数大道4亿左右,差不多每5人中就有一人可以将英语。
世界上的计算机储存的信息约有80%以英语为语言媒介,用外文书写的信件、邮件、电报、电传等有四分之三都是采用英文。
与此同时,英文在大型媒体中也是作为工作人员必须掌握的一门语言,如全球最大的5家广播公司(CBS,NBS, ASC, BBC, CBC)。
以及国际体育运动,奥运会等,英语是联合国的官方工作语言之一。
绝大部分的国际会议以英语作为第一通用语言。
竞赛内容和精讲第一节字母英语属于拼音文字,每个单词都是由一个或者几个字母组合而成的。
英语共有26个字母。
元音字母有5个:a,e,i,o,u; 辅音字母有20个:b,c,d,f,g,h,,j,k,l,m,n,p,q,r,s,t,v,w,x,z; 半元音字母有1个:y英语中使用最多的字母是e, 最少的是z。
词首最多的是s, 最少的是x。
一、字母的读音字母的读音可以用升调和降调两种语调来读。
单读某一个字母用降调,而连续几个字母时,前面几个需用升调,到最后一个时用降调。
二、字母的书写Ff 顶天立地省略号为…英语中没有顿号和书名号,使用时一般用逗号代替顿号,用加黑字体或斜体字来代替书名号。
