这时候最妥当的⽅式是和你的上级商量补救⽅式以及如何回复对⽅,⽽不是忙不迭的跟对⽅说“my sincere apology..."。
Again,这是涉及到责任归属问题,除⾮责任明确属于你或者你公司,否则不要直截了当的道歉。
有时候,如果你觉得给别⼈发邮件要求别⼈做什么事情是在⿇烦对⽅,也可以加上这句话。
