（一）钻机开机前应检查内容一，检查主,副钢丝绳有无断丝及其连接是否安全可靠，完好，压绳器力量是否足够；二,检查提引起器是否转动灵活，内部黄油是否污染；三，检查钢结构部分有无裂缝，锈蚀,脱焊及其他损坏，并进行修复；四，坚固松动的胶管，螺栓;五，润滑六，对各机构运动部位加注黄油.比如:上车回转支承等回转面比较大的部位,必须在整个回转面加足黄油，每转动一定角度要加注一次；七，对主,副钢丝绳进行润滑，每股要粘满黄油；八,对桅杆轨道三面涂满黄油；九,按规定对下列各润滑部位加注润滑油;（1)吊锚架与上桅杆连接铀（1处）(2）上桅杆与中桅杆连接轴（2处）（3）随动架回转轴承（2处）（4）加压油缸轴承（1处）(5）中桅杆油缸两端轴承（4处）（6)转盘压块及转盘（24处）（7）转盘与三角形连接轴(1处）（8）中桅杆与卷扬机架连接轴（2处) （9）副卷扬筒外侧轴承（1处）（10）主卷扬筒外侧轴承（1处）（11）两支撑杆两端连接轴（4处）(12)变幅油缸两端轴承（4处）(13)动臂两端连接轴（3处）（二）在钻机施工中，必须随时对钻机做好以下几个方面的日常维护工作；1，每班工作前都要给钻杆引器（钢丝绳连接体)，加注黄油; 注意：给提引器一端黄油嘴注油时一定要把另一端的端的黄油嘴拧开。

这样有利于把以前所注的黄油排挤出来。

反之可能会把提引器里油封挤坏，含有细沙泥的脏水很容易进入,会磨损轴承降低提引器的灵敏性。

注意：已经改进的新提引器，维护方式请咨询SANY用户服务.2,每班工作前都要给钻杆随动导向架（钻杆上支架）轴承加注黄油;3，经常检查钢丝绳是否完好；4，经常检查油管,密封圈的破损情况，准备备件应付急需；5，随时注意电路继电器是否老化,及早准备备件；6，检查钻杆提引器（钢丝绳连接体)轴承转动是否灵活,如果损坏应马上更换；7，经常检查螺栓，销轴是否磨损,断裂，如有损坏要立即更换。
