(一)钻机开机前应检查内容一,检查主,副钢丝绳有无断丝及其连接是否安全可靠,完好,压绳器力量是否足够;二,检查提引起器是否转动灵活,内部黄油是否污染;三,检查钢结构部分有无裂缝,锈蚀,脱焊及其他损坏,并进行修复;四,坚固松动的胶管,螺栓;五,润滑六,对各机构运动部位加注黄油.比如:上车回转支承等回转面比较大的部位,必须在整个回转面加足黄油,每转动一定角度要加注一次;七,对主,副钢丝绳进行润滑,每股要粘满黄油;八,对桅杆轨道三面涂满黄油;九,按规定对下列各润滑部位加注润滑油;(1)吊锚架与上桅杆连接铀(1处)(2)上桅杆与中桅杆连接轴(2处)(3)随动架回转轴承(2处)(4)加压油缸轴承(1处)(5)中桅杆油缸两端轴承(4处)(6)转盘压块及转盘(24处)(7)转盘与三角形连接轴(1处)(8)中桅杆与卷扬机架连接轴(2处) (9)副卷扬筒外侧轴承(1处)(10)主卷扬筒外侧轴承(1处)(11)两支撑杆两端连接轴(4处)(12)变幅油缸两端轴承(4处)(13)动臂两端连接轴(3处)(二)在钻机施工中,必须随时对钻机做好以下几个方面的日常维护工作;1,每班工作前都要给钻杆引器(钢丝绳连接体),加注黄油; 注意:给提引器一端黄油嘴注油时一定要把另一端的端的黄油嘴拧开。
这样有利于把以前所注的黄油排挤出来。
反之可能会把提引器里油封挤坏,含有细沙泥的脏水很容易进入,会磨损轴承降低提引器的灵敏性。
注意:已经改进的新提引器,维护方式请咨询SANY用户服务.2,每班工作前都要给钻杆随动导向架(钻杆上支架)轴承加注黄油;3,经常检查钢丝绳是否完好;4,经常检查油管,密封圈的破损情况,准备备件应付急需;5,随时注意电路继电器是否老化,及早准备备件;6,检查钻杆提引器(钢丝绳连接体)轴承转动是否灵活,如果损坏应马上更换;7,经常检查螺栓,销轴是否磨损,断裂,如有损坏要立即更换。
