Status and Function
This lesson is the first perod of Unit 8.This is an important lesson in this unit even in this book. It’s a typical listening-speaking lesson. If the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.The topic is mainly about asking for and giving directions. This kind of topic is closely related to our daily life. it is easy to arouse students’ interest. As we all know that interest is the best teacher for students.
