分析检测顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法改进刘 燕（平度市疾病预防控制中心，山东平度 266700）摘 要：目的：改进饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的顶空毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。
方法：用微量注射器量取、配制三氯甲烷和四氯化碳混合标准溶液，用顶空瓶封闭保存，用顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法检验。
结果：三氯甲烷在6.01～60.10 μg·L-1下、四氯化碳在0.202～2.020 μg·L-1下，相关系数分别为0.999 1～0.999 9、0.999 1～0.999 8，回收率分别为91.3%～103.7%、92.9%～106.0%，检出限分别为7.0×10-3μg·L-1、7.0×10-4μg·L-1，精密度分别为2.3%、3.1%。
结论：该方法适用于饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定，且具有良好的线性关系，准确度和精密度高。
关键词：顶空毛细管柱气相色谱；三氯甲烷；四氯化碳Improvement of Headspace Capillary Column GasChromatography for Determination of Chloroform and Carbon Tetrachloride in Drinking WaterLIU Yan(Pingdu Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Pingdu 266700, China) Abstract: Objective: Improving the headspace capillary column gas chromatography method for the detection of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water. Method: Weigh and prepare a mixed standard solution of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride using a micro syringe, seal and store it in a headspace bottle, conduct headspace capillary column gas chromatography testing. Result: Trichloromethane (test result range: 6.01～60.10 μg·L-1), carbon tetrachloride (test result range: 0.202～2.020 μg·L-1), with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.999 1 to 0.999 9 and 0.999 1 to 0.999 8. The recovery rates were 91.3% to 103.7% and 92.9% to 106.0%. The detection limit was 7.0×10-3 μg·L-1 and 7.0×10-4 μg·L-1, with a precision of 2.3% and 3.1%. 本文首先介绍了氢燃料电池应用前景，简述了PEMFC 的结构和工作原理，指出了目前GDL 的气液传输能力不足的问题，分析了孔结构、碳材料、微孔层微观结构、润湿性和耐久性五个因素对GDL 性能的影响，并归纳了当前的研究进展，同时还涵盖了与GDL 内传质过程相关的建模方法。
最后总结了影响GDL 性能的各种因素，并对质子交换膜燃料电池内的GDL 发展进行了展望，指出用新型金属泡沫材料代替传统碳材料构建气体扩散层-双极板集成结构从而缩短传质路径并降低传质阻力，提出利用新兴的3D 打印技术去构建高精度具有复杂结构的气体扩散层。
本综述对未来优化GDL 结构、提高燃料电池性能具有一定的指导意义。

In this paper, the application prospect of hydrogen fuel cell and the structure and working principle of PEMFC are briefly introduced. The problem of insufficient gas-liquid transmission capacity of GDL is pointed out and the effects of pore structure, carbon material, and microstructure of microporous layer, wettability and durability on the performance of GDL are analyzed. This review also summarizes the current research progress of GDL including the modeling studies. Finally, various factors affecting the performance of GDL are summarized, and the development of PEMFC is prospected. 分析检测气相色谱法测定板栗中乐果和杀螟硫磷农药残留黄 红（安徽省林业高科技开发中心，安徽合肥 230031）摘 要：建立了气相色谱法同时测定板栗中2种常用有机磷杀虫剂残留量的分析方法。
样品经乙腈提取、过滤、浓缩后，用丙酮定容，注入气相色谱仪，农药组分经DB-17毛细管柱分离，用火焰光度检测器检测，保留时间定性，外标法定量。
结果显示，在10～500 μg·L-1浓度范围内，乐果和杀螟硫磷峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数大于0.999，检出限为0.006 mg·kg-1，定量限为0.02 mg·kg-1；加标回收率在84.01%～100.59%，相对标准偏差≤5.05%。
该方法准确，前处理过程简便、快捷，适用于板栗中乐果和杀螟硫磷农药残留的检测分析。
关键词：气相色谱；农药残留；板栗Determination of Pesticide Residues of Dimethoate andFenitrothion in Chestnut by Gas ChromatographyHUANG Hong(Anhui Provincial Center for Forestry High Technology Development, Hefei 230031, China) Abstract: A method for the simultaneous determination of two common organophosphorus pesticides residues in chestnut by gas chromatography was established. The samples were extracted, filtered and concentrated by ethene, then fixed with acetone and injected into the gas chromatograph. The pesticide components were separated on a DB-17 capillary column, detected by a f l ame photometric detector, characterized by retention time and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that in the concentration range of 10～500 μg·L-1, the peak areas of dimethoate and fenitrothion showed good linear correlation with the concentration, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The limits of detection were 0.006 mg·kg-1, and the limits of quantification were 0.02 mg·kg-1. The recoveries of the spiked pesticides were in the range of 84.01%～100.59%, and the relative standard deviations were ≤5.05%. The method is accurate, the pretreatment process is simple and fast, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of pesticide residues of dimethoate and fenitrothion in chestnut.Keywords: gas chromatography; pesticide residues; chestnut板栗又称栗子，有“干果之王”的美称，板栗富含蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、B族维生素等，营养丰富、味道鲜美[1]。
应用于卟啉阵列气体检测系统的识别算法罗小刚;谢新莘【摘要】差值图谱是卟啉化学传感器( PSA)芯片识别气体的根据，但同种气体的差值图谱之间会出现颜色或显色位置的差异，存在实验数据发散的问题。
结合BP 神经网络和粗糙集，提出了一种新的气体种类识别算法，并将之用于PSA气体检测系统中。
该方法利用粗糙集的数据约简功能找到差值图谱数据中颜色变化明显的点的数据，以这些数据为输入，进行BP神经网络的训练和识别。
通过实验可以证明，相对于欧氏距离聚类结果、BP神经网络识别结果，本文提出的算法对于发散的实验数据具有更高的识别精度。
%The difference map is the basis of identifying gases by the PSA chips. However,there are differences be-tween each difference map of a gas,which is called the“divergent problem”. A pattern recognition algorithm based on backpropagation neural network and rough set was described,which was employed in the porphyrin chemical sen-sor array integrated system. That algorithm picked up the spots whose color changed obviously using the rough set, and set their values as input of BP network.
