基恩士面试过程及总结.忘了有多久没来了,近一个月的时间用来参加基恩士的面试,感悟不少......首先陈述下整个过程:1,投简历没两天接到电话,电话内容主要是问期望薪资,是否服从工作地点的调配以及加班的要求,还有英文是否可以达到日常沟通的水平,然后告诉你下次会通知你面试地点.2.大概隔了3天左右吧,在21世纪饭店进行第一次面试--集体面试.分两批,我这批几十人,将近一百人吧.面试内容主要是:向各位面试者介绍公司的大致情况,部分的薪酬和福利及晋升制度,还有企业文化.接下来是自我介绍,每个人大概30秒,个人认为这个环节的原则就是大声,沉稳,借此传递给人力主管你的特征,你的优点,通过语速,音量,语气的控制向HR主管传递你的自信.不少人在这就被打住了,原因无非两种,1,临场紧张 or 2,准备不足.记得有位哥们,坐我后面的说了几分钟中间多次忘词,还有一哥们说自己是非常自信的人,结果话说着说着声音却越来越小,最后一位哥们是位医生,自告奋勇的要到前面自我介绍,结果后来成了对大家的说教......汗......这关个人感觉还是比较好过的,但是要注意细节,一些细节也是有分的....最后是一场笔试,笔试试卷细分成4部分:1.数列题.2.性格测试题.3.画图题.4.主观题.个人感觉还是数列题和主观题比较重要,其中以主观题为主.说起数列题我心里也没什么底气,毕竟多少年都没做过数学题了.时间1个小时.记得接试卷,递试卷的时候要双手,当我双手递给HR主管的试卷的时候,她可是很郑重的说"谢谢",这说明他们很看重这些礼仪...... 3,总经理面试.这里的总经理似乎是中国区的总经理,个人感觉这关是最难过的.当时我们3个人一起面试,由两位日本经理面试我们.一切出乎我的意料,一开始气氛还很轻松,后来他们会问你很尖锐的问题,我就被问的无话可说,被奚落怎么这都不懂,我说我不知道,谢谢你让我了解了自己的不足,我回去会补充这方面的知识.我心理虽然忐忑,但表面还是比较镇静的,最后问我们是否还有问题的时候,我借此机会推销自己,因为之前在对方看来我已经展现那么多不足,所以我就主要说自己好学也愿意学,肯学,认学,领悟力强......乱78糟的一堆,但是条理还是很清晰的,中心更是只有一个,就俩字:我行. 具体怎么说的忘了,全靠随机应变,临场发挥......面试结束后,就一个感觉,觉得没戏了.我走到车站了,想想还是不甘心,于是决定回去找经理理论一下......他们两位急着赶一个小时后回上海的飞机,我们没说上几句话,但我的行为还是给他们留下了很好的印象......于是第二天我接到电话,告诉我通过了.4.也是最后一次--华北区经理.这次是我单独一人战斗,而对方还是两个人.呵呵,当时想,还好这次是两个中国人,结果就是这次面试让我尝到了苦果.呵呵.失败原因我分析过,我觉得自己其他都好,但是就是关于之前的离职原因,我是毫无保留的说了出来,我觉得之前的公司不好,就说了不好,我挑出了公司的管理和制度的症状,这些是我很客观的分析后的结果,可他们会认为是我主观想法.并且我直接告诉对方我第二份工作是被人辞退的,我没有告诉他们我只是部门经理和副总裁权利斗争下的牺牲品替罪羊而已.我想其他方面我没什么大问题,只是在这栽了跟头.我实话实说而已,虽然遗憾,但是不后悔这么做.其实还是觉得总经理的面试都过了,对这次面试的准备和重视不足造成的,不然就不会掉入他们的问题陷阱里了......两个字:遗憾.总结:1,外企企业文化总会和自己国家的文化息息相关,就像基恩士是一家日企,日本的企业文化,其他不多说,有两个字很重要:谦虚.2.自信.3.坚定.4.不放弃.5.不知道就是不知道.6.礼仪.7.不要告诉对方会引起歧义的信息,减小失败的可能性.就像本不应该坦率的说起之前的离职原因和工作的一些事,本来我是想告诉对方我很上进,不想只做一只坐井观天的青蛙,而对方的思维可能会往你所期望的反方向发展.但我对这次事件不后悔--本人原则至上.8.注意细节.9.除非冲过终点,不要试着慢下来或者停下来.10.你们说我不行,不要我,没关系,我说我行我就行,不行也得行,除非哪天我自己说自己不行.11.虽然苦,虽然累,虽然痛,虽然残酷......但最重要的是我还活着......既然活着就有希望......最后,地球还在转,生活还在继续......我还在走......。

面试官常规性压力测试可归纳七种形式:第一种:面试环境压力。

通过这样的问题,外企可以找到对任何事情都很感兴趣的求职者。
3.说说你最大的优缺点?这个问题外企问的概率很大,通常不希望听到直接回答的缺点是什么等,如果求职者说自己小心眼、爱忌妒人、非常懒、脾气大、工作效率低,外企肯定不会录用你。
外企喜欢求职者从自己的优点说起,中间加一些小缺点,最后再把问题转回到优点上,突出优点的部分。

4.你认为你在学校属于好学生吗?外企的招聘者很精明,问这个问题可以试探出很多问题:如果求职者学习成绩好,就会说:“是的,我的成绩很好,所有的成绩都很优异。
