Module 2 No Drugs 说课稿一、教材分析1. 教材的内容及地位:本册书由六个单元组成,第一单元教育学生养成良好的饮食习惯,保持身体健康;第二单元教育学生养成良好的生活习惯,戒烟、远离毒品;第三、四、五、六四个单元分别从音乐、美术、报刊、杂志、影视作品几个方面培养学生的文化素养。
因此,本单元在本册书中起承上启下的作用.本单元的中心话题是“远离毒品”,阅读材料是两篇短文,一篇介绍的是一个吸毒者艾伦的经历,另一篇文章介绍的是吸食可卡因的危害。
通过谈论有关吸毒,吸烟及其危害的话题,教育学生养成良好生活习惯,培养学生关爱社会关爱他人的情感价值观。

外研新标准英语必修二Module2 No Drugs教学设计一、教材分析1. 教材的内容及地位:这一课是出自外研版高一英语必修二第二模块的cultural corner,文章简短易懂,通过学生阅读和理解使得学生更加理解毒品的危害并且从中学到相关知识。
2. 教学目标:根据《国家教育部新课程标准》(英语实验稿)关于三维目标的定位及其实现途径和目标具体描述,结合高一学生实际和教材内容,我把本节阅读课的教学目标定为:3、教学重点和难点★重点: 1. Know about facts about smoking and drugs and master the new words and phrases of drugs.2. Ss can get away from drugs and cherish their lives by studying the passage.★难点: Ss can use these new words and phrases to express their ideas about how to persuade others to stop smoking.二、学情分析:高中学生的注意力具有一定的稳定性,观察力强,接受能力强。
他们喜欢富有个性化的设计。
由于教学对象为高一学生,他们经过半学期的学习对英语课的各种活动已经有了一定的了解。
但在语言、句式、学习方法等方面的知识储备还不够充分,所以我会在授课过程中给予适当的引导和帮助。

1.1 INTRODUCTION通过对抽烟数据的检测,让学生了解吸烟的危害,并通过英英释义的方式进一步熟悉词汇,最后利用对三个问题的讨论来引出另一个话题: drug use。
1.2 READING AND VOCABULARY 阅读部分是打乱顺序的两篇不同类型的文章,通过给两篇文章选标题的方式培养学生的逻辑分析能力。
然后通过练习使学生掌握有关drug use的词汇,并培养学生获取准确信息的能力。
1.3 GRAMMAR 1 是学习不定式作目的状语的用法。
在练习前先列出to 的几种不同用法来引出to 可作目的状语。
接着又引出了其它可作目的状语的短语:in order (not) to, so as (not) to。
1.4 FUNCTION 这一部分先展现例句引出要学的短语,然后通过练习来巩固所学内容。
1.5 LISTENING AND VOCABULARY 是关于drug users 的一些信息。

Period 2Reading and Vocabulary整体设计教材分析The reading passage consists of two articles. Article 1 tells us the story of Adam Rouse. He told us how he got addicted to taking drugs and how he stopped. From article 2, we’ll know what cocaine is and how it does harm to people. Six activities are designed in this part. The students will learn more new words connected with drugs in activity 1. In activity 2, the opening paragraphs of two articles are given. First, let the students choose the topic for each article from the listed three topics. Following that is a word practice. In activity 4, the rest of the two articles are put in wrong order. Read them and tell which article they belong to. Then the students will do some true or false questions according to the text. The last activity is to plete questions and answers about Adam Rouse, who is the character in article 1. The teacher can check the students’detail understanding about the first article. If time permits, the teacher may encourage the students to retell the story of Adam Rouse. 这一课是出自外研版高一英语必修二第二模块的cultural corner,文章简短易懂,通过学生阅读和理解使得学生更加理解毒品的危害并且从中学到相关知识。

根据《国家教育部新课程标准》(英语实验稿)关于三维目标的定位及其实现途径和目标具体描述,结合高一学生实际和教材内容,我把本节阅读课的教学目标定为:

高中学生的注意力具有一定的稳定性,观察力强,接受能力强。

由于教学对象为高一学生,他们经过半学期的学习对英语课的各种活动已经有了一定的了解。
但在语言、句式、学习方法等方面的知识储备还不够充分,所以我会在授课过程中给予适当的引导和帮助。
