I love spending my free time there, curled up in one of the comfy bean bags, lost in the pages of an exciting adventure or a fascinating non-fiction book. The librarian, Mrs. Chen, is always happy to help me find new books to explore. One of my favorite classes is art. We have a dedicated art room with easels, paints, clay, and all sorts of craft supplies. I love getting messy and letting my creativity run wild! I'm part of the drama club, where we practice acting and put on plays for the whole school. My best friend, Mei, is in the coding club, where they learn to program robots and design video games. Our teachers and staff are always thereto support us, guide us, and help us grow into the best versions of ourselves.I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing school community. Every day is an adventure filled with new things to learn, new friends to make, and new experiences to treasure. 介绍自己的学校英语作文七年级下册全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Wonderful SchoolHi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 7th grader at Maple Grove Middle School. I absolutely love my school and I'm so excited to tell you all about it!Maple Grove is a pretty big school with around 800 students from 6th to 8th grade. The building itself is really modern and bright, with huge windows that let in lots of natural sunlight. We have three floors, with the 6th graders on the bottom floor, 7th graders like me on the second floor, and the 8th graders up top on the third floor.Even though the school is big, it doesn't feel overcrowded or scary. The hallways are wide and open, with lots of locker areas and hangout spaces. My favorite spot is the cafeteria - it's HUGE with really high ceilings and plenty of seating areas. The food is actually pretty good too, especially the pizza and tacos! One of the coolest things about Maple Grove is how focused they are on technology and modern learning. Every student gets their own laptop to use during classes and at home. All the classrooms have interactive whiteboards and we even have 3D printers, robotics gear, and a brand new computer lab. I'm really into coding and web design so I spend a lot of time in that lab working on my projects.Speaking of classes, we have so many amazing choices at Maple Grove beyond just the core subjects like math, science, English, and history. In 6th grade, I took an awesome intro to engineering class where we got to build little robots and catapults. This year in 7th, I'm taking Spanish, art, and computer programming. Next year for 8th grade, I'm really excited to take journalism, graphic design, and maybe even get into the advanced robotics course!Maple Grove is also really big on extracurriculars andafter-school activities. We have sports teams for all the major sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball, and track. I played on the tennis team last year which was a blast! There are also tons of clubs to join like art club, coding club, chess club, debate club, and so many more. This year I'm in the school newspaper club which has been awesome. Our school really values creativity, individuality, and allowing students to explore their interests and passions. They have this awesome "Genius Hour" program where you get one period a week to just work on any project or topic you're interested in.I've been using my Genius Hour to learn video editing and create short films. It's such a fun way to learn! But overall, I truly do love Maple Grove Middle School. The teachers here are so supportive and invested in helping each student succeed. They make learning fun and interesting by getting us actively involved through hands-on projects, group work, field trips, and engaging classroom activities. It's an environment that really encourages students to follow their curiosities and discover new interests.I also really appreciate how much the school values community, kindness, and inclusion. They have a no bullying policy that is strictly enforced and do a lot of character education lessons and activities. Everyone is welcomed and respected regardless of backgrounds. We also participate in lots of community service projects which I always enjoy. In 7th grade so far, some of my favorite memories have been selling chocolate bars for our fundraiser (and maybe eating a few too many myself!), doing a supercool virtual reality simulation formy science unit on the human body, and of course our amazing field trip to the city's technology museum where we got to see robots, 3D printers in action, and even hold a real meteorite!I have two more years left at Maple Grove before heading off to high school, which is both exciting and scary to think about. Part of me will be sad to leave this awesome school behind. But I know that Maple Grove has helped prepare me to take on whatever challenges lie ahead. The skills and interests I've developed here like problem solving, creativity, teamwork, and time management will ensure I'm ready for that next big step.Anyway, I could honestly go on and on about why I love Maple Grove so much. It's such an incredible place to learn and grow. The teachers and students create an atmosphere that is supportive, enriching, and focused on helping every individual kid discover their unique strengths and passions. I feel so fortunate to be a student here and make incredible memories that will last a lifetime. Those are just a few of the reasons why Maple Grove Middle School is the absolute best! Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll do my best to tell you more about my wonderful school!篇2My Wonderful SchoolHi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 7th grader at Oak Valley Middle School. I absolutely love my school and I'm really excited to tell you all about it.Oak Valley is a big public school with around 800 students from 6th to 8th grade. The building itself is pretty old, built way back in 1962, but it's been renovated and upgraded over the years so everything is modern and up-to-date inside. The school grounds are huge, with a massive field, basketball courts, tennis courts, and even a running track. During recess and PE class, there's always kids playing sports and running around having a blast. We're really lucky to have such an awesome outdoor space to run off all our energy! But let's go inside and I'll give you a tour of the main building. The first thing you'll notice is how bright and colorful everything is. The hallways are lined with student artwork and projects. It makes the whole place feel so vibrant and cheerful. My favorite is the huge mural that some of the 8th graders painted last year - it's this beautiful scene of mountains, forests and a shining sun.We have three floors of classrooms along with science labs, computer labs, an art room, music rooms, and even a studio for filming the morning announcements. All the classrooms have interactive whiteboards, computers, and the latest learning tech. My math class was even testing out these cool tablets last semester that let us work out problems digitally. The cafeteria is where we eat lunch and it's basically like a high school cafeteria, just a bit smaller. They've got everything from pizza and burgers to a salad bar and lots of healthy options. The school definitely gets an A+ for their lunch menu in my opinion!Upstairs from the cafeteria is the media center, which is basically a huge library and study space. It's a really quiet and peaceful place to work on homework or just curl up with a good book. They've got thousands of books as well as computers, printers, and these cool study rooms where you can work on group projects. My absolute favorite place at Oak Valley though is definitely the gymnasium. It's where we have PE class, basketball games, pep rallies, and lots of other big events. The gym is impressive - it has basketball courts, rock climbing walls, and even a indoor running track circling the top. The school teams are called theOak Valley Oaks and their mascot is this cool looking oak tree character. We get so hyped cheering them on at games!Oak Valley also has tons of after-school clubs and activities you can join. There's everything from art and music clubs to academic teams, STEM programs, and a ton of different sports. I'm in the drama club and we put on some really fun plays and performances. It's a great way to express my creativity!Another thing I love about my school is how diverse it is. Kids come from all different backgrounds and cultures, which makes it such an interesting and enriching environment. We have lots of events celebrating different holidays and traditions throughout the year. The teachers at Oak Valley are also phenomenal. They really go the extra mile to make sure every student understands the material. We can always get extra help before or after class if we're struggling with anything. The teachers make learning fun and engaging - lots of hands-on projects, group work, educational games and field trips. It's nothing like the boring lectures you might expect.I have to give a special shoutout to the technology education program at my school. They've got a fabrication lab with 3D printers, laser cutters, robotics kits and all sorts ofhigh-tech tools that we get to use for our projects. I built a remote control car from scratch last semester and it was so awesome to see it come to life after designing and printing all the components myself. The tech program prepares us so well for future careers in engineering, manufacturing and other STEM fields.Oak Valley really does strive to develop well-rounded students. Academics are obviously the top priority, but there's also a huge emphasis on sports, arts, technology and teaching important life skills. We have classes on public speaking, financial literacy, internet safety and even an entrepreneurship course where students come up with their own business ideas and get advice from actual businesspeople. One of my favorite traditions is the annual Community Service Day, when all Oak Valley students get out into the local neighborhoods doing volunteer work. We've helped build community gardens, paint public murals, sort donations at food banks and shelters, and beautify parks and recreation areas. It's篇3My Wonderful SchoolHello there! I'm so excited to tell you all about my amazing school. It's not just any regular school – it's a place where learning is fun, and every day is filled with new adventures!Let me start by introducing you to the heart of our school –the campus itself. It's like a little world of its own, with beautiful gardens, playgrounds, and even a small pond where ducks like to swim. The buildings are colorful and welcoming, with bright murals painted by students adorning the walls. It's a place that instantly makes you feel at home. But what really makes my school special is the incredible teachers we have. They're not just people who teach us facts and figures – they're like superheroes with superpowers of patience, creativity, and a never-ending supply of energy! Take Mrs. Johnson, for example – our science teacher. Her classes are always a blast, with exciting experiments and hands-on activities that make learning about the world around us so much fun. And let's not forget Mr. Williams, our art teacher, who encourages us to unleash our creativity and express ourselves through painting, sculpting, and all sorts of artistic mediums. But my school isn't just about what happens inside the classroom or on the playground. We also have so many amazing extracurricular activities to choose from! Whether you'reinterested in sports, music, drama, or robotics, there's something for everyone. Personally, I'm a member of the school's chess club, and let me tell you, it's intense! We have competitions against other schools, and the thrill of outwitting your opponent is unlike anything else.Another thing I love about my school is all the special events and celebrations we have throughout the year. There's the annual Science Fair, where we get to showcase our experiments and inventions. The Cultural Festival is always a highlight, where we celebrate the diverse backgrounds of our students through food, music, and traditional performances. And let's not forget the school play, where the drama club puts on an amazing production that leaves everyone in awe.But perhaps my favorite event of all is the Field Day at the end of the school year. It's a day filled with exciting outdoor activities, races, and friendly competitions between different classes. The energy and excitement in the air are contagious, and it's a day when we all come together as one big community, cheering each other on and celebrating our achievements. In the end, what makes my school truly special is not just the buildings, the classes, or the activities – it's the people. The teachers who inspire us, the friends who bring joy to our days, and the staff who genuinely care about our well-being. It's a place where we're not just learning facts and figures, but also valuable life lessons about kindness, perseverance, and the power of community. So, if you ever have the chance to visit my wonderful school, don't hesitate! You'll be greeted with warm smiles, open arms, and an environment thatfosters growth, creativity, and a love for learning that will stay with you for the rest of your life. It's a place that will always hold a special place in my heart, and I'm grateful to be a part of such an amazing community.篇4My School - A Wonderful Place to Learn and GrowI absolutely love my school! It's a place where I've made so many amazing friends, learned tons of interesting things, and had experiences that I'll never forget. Let me tell you all about it.My school is called Greenwood Middle School and it's located right in the heart of my hometown. The building itself is pretty big with three floors and lots of classrooms, labs, andspecial rooms like the gym, auditorium, and cafeteria. But it's the people inside that really make it special. The teachers at my school are the best! They really care about helping us learn and are always willing to go the extra mile. Like Mrs. Rodriguez, my English teacher - she's so passionate about books and writing that she makes even things like grammar lessons fun. She uses games, group activities, and sometimes even brings in her dog Rufus as a reward when we do well. Classes with her just fly by.Then there's Mr. Lee who teaches science. He's hilarious and does all kinds of cool experiments that make the most boring topics interesting. One time he even made a little explosion with baking soda and vinegar to demonstrate a chemical reaction. We all cheered so loud! His hands-on approach and funny stories really bring the subjects to life.Ms. Bradley is another favorite teacher of mine. She's our math instructor and she's super patient, explaining concepts over and over again until everyone understands. She uses lots of visuals and examples to make the math click. I used to be pretty scared of math, but Ms. Bradley has helped me gain so much confidence. We also have awesome special teachers for subjects like art, music, PE, and computers. I love my art classes because we get to work with all sorts of different materials - paints, clay, colored pencils, you name it! Music is fun too since we can learn instruments, sing, and even put on little performances sometimes. PE is my chance to run around and be active, playing games and sports. And of course, we all like going to the computer lab to learn coding, do research, and type up our assignments. In addition to our great teachers, I'm fortunate that my school has lots of awesome facilities and resources to support our learning. We have a big library filled with every kind of book imaginable as well as computers for research. There's a STEM lab with 3D printers and other cool tech for science and engineering projects. The gym hosts our PE classes and after-school sports teams. There's student council for the leaders, art club for the creative kids, chess club for the strategic thinkers, and about a million different sports teams. I'm part of the coding club where we learn programming languages and enterapp-building competitions. It's a great way to explore potential career paths and find new hobbies. No school experience would be complete without mentioning the social side of things. Luckily, my school is full of kind kids who have become my closest friends. We love hanging out together at lunchtime in the cafeteria, comparing notes on our classes, teachers, and assignments. We try our best to help each other out when someone is struggling. And there's nothing better than joking around and laughing over seemingly little things to make even the toughest days more bearable.Outside of academics, my friends and I have a ton of fun together, too. We go to all the school dances, sporting events, and performances to cheer each other on. Sometimes we'll have sleepovers or group movie nights on the weekends. During breaks, we cherish being able to spend more relaxed time together without the pressures of homework and tests. Those downtime moments strengthen our bonds even more.Overall, my middle school years at Greenwood have been some of the most meaningful, enriching times of my young life. Sure, there's the usual schoolwork and adolescent stresses. But the amazing teachers, engaging lessons, well-roundedopportunities, and supportive friends make it an incredible environment to learn and grow.I'll always look back fondly on my days at Greenwood Middle School. Oakwood is such a great place to learn and have fun. Let me tell you all about it.Our school building is pretty big, with three floors and lots of classrooms, labs, and special rooms. When you walk in the front doors, you'll see the main office right away. That's where you'll find the principal, vice principal, secretaries, and the school nurse's room. There are also some displays with trophies and awards our school has won over the years.Just past the main office is the cafeteria, which is huge! There are dozens of tables that can seat hundreds of kids for breakfast and lunch. The food is actually pretty decent—the pizza is my favorite. Next to the cafeteria is the gymnasium, or as we call it,the gym. It's where we have P.E. class and play sports like basketball, volleyball, and floor hockey. The gym is also used for school events like concerts, plays, and assemblies.Upstairs you'll find most of the normal classroom spaces. My favorite is the science lab on the second floor. Some other popular clubs include Student Council, Yearbook, Science Olympiad, Chess Club, and Art Club. One of the best things about Oakwood is all the fun events and activities we have throughout the year. It has millions of books (okay maybe not millions, but definitely a lot!). The library also has these awesome beanbag chairs that are super comfy to curl up in while you read. The teachers at Oakwood are simply the best. They really care about each student and go out of their way to make learning fun. My math teacher, Mr. Kohl, always comes up with the craziest games and activities to help us practice concepts in a way that doesn't feel like work at all. We recently had a competition where we split into teams and had to solve tough math problems. The winning team got extra dessert at lunch!
