25G型客车DC600V充电器常见故障分析与排除摘要:目前25 G型DC 600 V客车运行当中,机车输出电压经常在500~700 V间振荡,电压波动不稳,极易导致充电器发生保护停机或损坏。
本文主要对运用中DC 600V供电客车25T(G)-8KW (+3.5KVA)型充电器的主要功能、机构特点及工作原理进行阐述。
并对运用过程充电器存在故障情况进行了统计,并对产生故障的原因及影响因素进行了分析,提出了相应排除措施。
关键词:DC600V供电客车充电机故障分析排除0.引言DC 600V系统在吸取法国TGV、德国ICE、日本新干线以及欧洲多电压制列车供电系统特点的基础上,随着铁路大面积提速,根据中国旅客列车的具体情况,进行了优化设计。
利用牵引网电能通过机车给旅客列车供电,取代原来的发电车给车辆供电,实现提高列车运输能力、节能、环保和列车运行高速化的目的。
25T(G)-8KW(+3.5KVA)型充电器广泛运用于DC600V供电制式提速列车、城际高速动车组、城市地铁轻轨车辆等。
因此本文阐述了充电机的主要功能和基本原理,并对相应故障进行分析,提出排除措施,确保客车运用的安全。
1.25T(G)-8KW(+3.5KVA)充电器主要功能和结构特点1.1主要功能25T(G)-8KW(+3.5KVA)充电器主要为车辆提供高质量的直流电源,对蓄电池进行限流恒压智能充电;为车辆上的影视系统及充电插座提供AC220V交流电源;为蓄电池提供亏电欠压保护;通过485通讯接口上传充电器运行信息;具有完善的输入过、欠压,输出过流过载、短路,散热器超温热、接地、IGBT等故障检测与保护功能。
运用于电力牵引的DC600V供电制式旅客列车及动力集中动车组,也适用于内燃牵引的DC600V供电制式旅客列车及动车组(供电辅助发电机组除外)。
1.2结构特点25T(G)-8KW(+3.5KVA)充电器(图1)内含8KW DC600V-110V 充电器模块一件、3.5KVA DC110V/AC220V单相逆变器模块一件。
一、DC600V车辆介绍DC600V供电制式的空调客车,采用电力机车集中供电(DC600V)、分散交流供电方式。
以YZ25G(600V)型硬座车为例,该车设计寿命为30年,在15年内钢结构不发生挖补、截换。
该车两端设通过台,一位端设有乘务员室、一位厕所、综合电气控制柜、电茶炉、清洁工具箱,中部为客室,二位端设有二位厕所、开敞式洗脸间和垃圾箱。
该车车体钢结构采用整体承载无中梁筒形结构,钢结构中的板材及厚度≤6mm的型材采用镍铬系耐候钢,型钢和厚度>6mm的板材采用普通碳素钢,车顶空调机组处平顶板、厕所、洗脸室等易腐蚀部位铁地板采用不锈钢板,车体钢结构内部及底架外部喷涂200μm 厚的604防腐涂料,使车辆具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
采用经部鉴定或审查厂家生产的橡胶风档。
该车采用15号C级钢车钩、C级钢钩尾框和G1型缓冲器。
采用209P型转向架,转向架有良好的耐磨性能,除油压减振器和车轮踏面外,其余各部件应满足200万公里无需换修的要求。
采用进口油压减振器及部审定的提速客车轴承。
采用金属迷宫式轴箱,轴箱上装有轴温报警装置的数字式传感器,并采用经部统型的KZS/M-Ⅱ型集中式轴温报警器。
采用104型空气制动装置,采用盘形制动装置并加装防滑器。
采用双风管供风,所有制动管路(转向架上金属胶管除外)采用不锈钢材质(包括截门),枕内管路采用管排整体吊装。
车上设有不锈钢水箱,其总容量≥1000L,水箱和管路具有良好的保温措施,在最低环境温度下能正常使用,还设有嵌入式不锈钢电茶炉。
模压玻璃钢厕所和洗脸室重新进行整体设计(。
一、二位端各设一台制冷量为29.03 kW的单元式空调机组,采用阻燃型变截面风道,使整车送风均匀。
除机械通风的电加热预热器外,室内另装有板式电加热器。
供电系统采用DC600V集中供电方式,分二路供电。
客室内座椅采用高回弹聚胺酯材料,乘座舒适、牢固耐用。
行李架为铝合金格栅形式,与窗帘盒形成一体,造型大方,结构可靠,且便于行李的存放。
