第一天：2012.07.191.安装ubuntu10.10，用户名，密码是yyy；大概花费50分钟；2.设置电源：依次单击系统——电源管理——选中“ON AC power”，将display，设成never。

单击“close”3.更改root密码：敲入sudo passwd root，回车后，按照提示更改root用户密码：yyy4.安装WmwareTools；点击虚拟机“VM”菜单，单击“Wmware Tools Install”,则在桌面上出现“Vmware Tools”图标，接着弹出一个打开的文件夹，将该文件夹下的压缩包文件拷贝到桌面上，进入终端。

进行如下操作：$ cd Desktop$ tar vzxf VmwareTools-8.4.6-385536.tar.gz解压完成后，$ cd vmware-tools-distrib$ sudo ./vmwae-install.pl然后一路回车，自动安装相应的到对应的目录下。

最后跳出一行：Enjoy,--the Vmware team表示安装成功；注：这个工具可以实现和宿主机的文件复制、粘贴以及文件夹共享，但是有时候，会丢失传输的数据。
