2017年中小公司年会策划方案范文
每到年底，公司都要开一次年会。这不仅是为了公司内部的聚餐和感情沟通，更重要的是对这一年的公司发展做一个总结，同时表彰积极突出的员工，鼓励员工再接再厉，共同促进公司的稳步发展。我们的公司虽然规模不大，但是我们也要办一场绘声绘色的年会。
具体安排如下：年会时间为1月22日下午3点到21点，在公司会议室举行，所有公司人员都必须参加。年会内容包括聚餐、总结、表彰、活动和领奖。经费预算方面，只要严格把关，不浪费、不克扣，就不会有问题。
为了营造氛围，我们要装扮会议室。首先是许愿签到墙，每个人可以写下新一年的愿望，这不仅是公司的文化，也可以了解员工需求和愿望，为公司制定措施提供依据。其次是鲜花的布置，要注意细节，避免遮挡与会者的视线。还有气球，可以为年会活动做准备，同时促进同事之间的团结合作。
会议室空间布置要留下一个主席台，场中要有一个大的空间方便大家活动，酒水和食物也要充分准备。所有准备工作都已完成，我们的公司年会准时下午3点开始。

second person would pass it on to the third person。Each person
had to ask "really?" before passing on the message。The last
person in each group would say "the bear is coming" for the
second time。and the entire group would shout "oh no。run!" The
first group to do so would win。It was important to understand the
rules and repeat the message correctly。If there were an equal
number of men and women。the messages could be changed to "I
love you" for added fun.
活跃气氛的游戏：成语接龙。选出几位年轻人上台，在纸上写出5个成语。大家可以考虑如何接龙，最后一个字该容易还是简单。让每个人在5个成语前加上“我初恋时、我结婚时、我洞房花烛夜时、我结婚后、我的婚外恋”，这样连起来就变成“我初恋时(第一个成语)、我结婚时(第二个成语)、我洞房花烛夜时(第三个成语)、我结婚后(第四个成语)、我的婚外恋(第五个成语)”。这个游戏可以带来意想不到的搞笑效果。
我们的目的是让大家可以吃好喝好玩好，解除隔阂，放下工作生活的压力，尽情挥洒自己，增加团队能力。为了达到这个目的，我们需要提前确定经费，精准把握时间，录像拍摄丰富企业文化，各个过程各个环节人员分工明确。
参会人员必须参加公司年会，如果有急事需要离开现场，需报经办公室主任批准同意后方可离开。在晚宴及活动中，员工可着休闲装或运动装等；但在员工大会上，建议主持人及参加述职的人员着正装出席。我们希望大家可以解除掉一切伪装，尽情挥洒自己。
在活动前的一周，我们需要确定活动参与人数，定制酒水、菜单，做好活动的各项工作，并确定专门负责人。
