一、培养目标及特色
目标:依照“以生为本,特色创新”教学理念,培养德、智、体、美全面发展,具备扎
实的生物制药专业基础理论和基本技能,富有科学素养、人文情怀和创新精神的应用型高级
专门人才。本专业毕业学生适合到生物技术制药、天然药物产品开发、化学制药及生物工程
等领域从事科学研究、技术开发、工艺设计、产品质量控制、经营管理及药物营销等岗位的
工作。
特色:注重林源药物资源开发、药用微生物资源开发及生物催化转化相关药物的基础理
论和实践技能训练,培养具有生态意识和绿色发展理念的复合应用型人才。
二、培养要求
1.知识结构要求:
(1)掌握化学、生物化学、生物技术、生物科学、药学的基本理论、基本知识和基本
实验技能。掌握生物技术制药的基本原理与方法,熟悉生物制药的工艺与设备。了解生物制
药的理论前沿、应用前景及最新发展动态,以及制药产业发展状况。
(2)了解生物制药产业政策、知识产权、制药安全、药事法规等有关政策法规。
(3)具有从事生物制药工作所需的相关自然科学知识;掌握一定的人文科学及经济管
理学基础知识;
(4)熟练掌握一门外国语,具有一定的听、说、读、写能力;掌握现代信息技术,熟
练使用计算机。
2. 能力结构要求:
(1)具备生产、研制、开发、设计生物药物的基本能力、思维方法和工作方法;具备
在制药工程领域运用生物制药基本原理、新药设计原理与方法、生物技术原理与方法、生化
药学、计算机和生物信息技术等相关知识的能力。
(2)具有较强的发现、分析和解决问题的能力,具有摄取知识能力、知识自我更新能
力,具有适应岗位变化、获取职业发展知识和技能的终身学习能力。
(3)具有创新意识和创新能力,具有一定的创业和经营管理能力。
(4)具有一定的领导能力、适应环境能力和与他人及团队合作的能力;具有国际视野
和跨文化环境下的交流、竞争与合作的初步能力。
