一、 Check their homework

Every student brought one clothes from their home. Let them say

something about their clothes, then collect these clothes.

二、 New Concepts

1.Whose ____ is/are this/these?

Teacher put up a big piece of paper on the blackboard, write “LOST AND

FOUND” on it. Then tell the students that their clothes were all lost.

T: (choose one of the clothes) Whose skirt is this? Whose skirt is this?

Write the sentence on the blackboard.

Maybe the students cannot understand, teacher should ask more question:

T: Whose skirt is this? (to one student) Is this your skirt?

S1: Yes. / No.

Give the skirt to S1.

Some students may understand the meaning of the sentence and how to ask

and answer. Do more practices.

T: (choose a pair of pants) Whose pants are these? Whose pants are these?

(to a student) Are these your pants? Are these your pants?

Tell the students why the teacher use “are these”.

Find some students to come to the front. Let them pretend to be the

officer of the “LOST AND FOUND”, then make the dialogue as the teacher

did.

2.Coat, scarf, hat, gloves, boots

T: Winter is coming! Winter is coming!

Put up a big poster of winter on the blackboard, then teacher takes out

a puppy.

T: What is the puppy wearing?

Ss: She is wearing a white blouse and a purple skirt. 利用学生“爱炫耀”的特点,让学生用自己的衣服来复习会更加巩固

挂上“失物招领”

的招牌,设置了语境,来引出这个句子会更加有真实感,使学生比较容易接受

给小玩偶加衣服可以给学生一个悬念:看老师下一步要给她加T: (speak in puppy’s voice) I’m cold. I’m cold. I’m very cold.

She said she is cold. Can we do something for her?

Teacher takes out a coat, and help the puppy wear it.

T: (point to the coat) What is it? Coat. Coat. Coat. Say it, please.

Ss: Coat.

T: (in puppy’s voice) I’m cold. I’m cold. I’m very cold.

Teacher takes out a scarf, and help the puppy wear it.

T: (point to the scarf) What is it? Scarf. Scarf. Scarf. Say it, please.

Ss: Scarf.Same way to teach the other words.

三、 Open their books, and listen to the tape.

四、 Role-play

Let the students find a partner, ask them to try their best to imitate

the pronunciation of Danny.
