原油本身的导电性很低,因此我们一般认为原油的输油管道不需要进行腐蚀 处理或者进行低级别的防腐处理就已经足够了。
但 是,伴随着原油开采难度越来越大,原油的品质也 越来越低,再加上原油开采过程中添加的各类助剂 日益繁多,原油对管道的腐蚀现象日益严重,不断 出现原油输送管道因为腐蚀问题导致的原油泄漏 事故。
因此,如何提高原油输送管道的腐蚀问题已 经逐渐成为工程专家日益关注的问题原油管道内部发生腐蚀的主要原因是原油中 的水不断从原油中析出而形成明水,明水的形成在 一定程度上加速了原油中水溶性的腐蚀物质析出 的速度,并不断浓缩而形成高浓度的矿物盐水,同时在温度和压力等外部因素的作用下加速了输油 管道的腐蚀。
所以,原油中含有的硫化物、各种酸、水溶性盐以及二氧化碳等腐蚀性物质对原油输送 管道腐蚀的影响已经成为输油管道防腐蚀领域研 究的热点,已有很多相关报道|351。
原油管道外部发生腐蚀主要原因是输油管道 受到所在地区大气和湿度的影响。
邻近海边地区的 原油输送管道所处的空气中含有高浓度的盐类颗 粒,颗粒中的各类氯化物吸湿性很强,一旦空气湿 度增大,就会在金属输油管道表面形成水膜,产生 电化学腐蚀。
防腐蚀涂层的防腐机理防腐蚀涂层所以能保护钢铁起到防腐蚀作用,人们认同的主要是因为以下三种作用:2.1屏蔽作用涂料漆膜层的屏蔽作用在于隔离被保护基体与腐蚀介质的直接接触。
如果防止金属表面被腐蚀,就必须要求漆膜层能阻止外界环境与金属表面的接触,从而达到防腐效果。
2.2缓蚀钝化作用借助涂层中含有的防锈颜料,在溶液中解离出缓蚀离子,使基体表面钝化,抑制腐蚀进程.当金属表面氧气浓度超过一定量时,可将金属表面发生氧化反应所生成的Fee 十氧化成Fe3+,Fe3+再同金属表面发生还原反应所得到的OH一反应,形成Fe(OH):沉淀而沉积在金属表面形成致密层,阻止了进一步腐蚀,这叫做钝化,可以引起钝化的OZ浓度叫做临界浓度,pH值越高,临界浓度越低,因此高pH值有利于钝化.在pH值低于10时,要金属表面姚浓度增加到临界浓度是很困难的,但可以使用浓度超过一定量、具有一定水溶性的氧化剂,如防锈颜料铬酸盐、铅酸盐、磷酸盐等进行钝化。

3牺牲阳极保护作用考虑到电化学腐蚀因素,在涂料中加人一些比被保护基体更活泼的金属粉(电极电位比被保护介质高),如锌粉作填料,当电解质渗人到被防护金属表面发生电化学腐蚀时,涂料中的金属就作为牺牲阳极而被溶解,使得基体金属免遭腐蚀。
如在形成电池反应时,Zn为阳极分解成为Zn2+,与在阴极处生成的OH-反应生成Zn(OH)2,Zn(OH)2再与CO2反应生成ZnCO3,它们都为碱性,因此可以保护钢铁不再受腐蚀。
直到30年前,人们还一直认为涂料防腐蚀机理是在金属表面形成一层屏蔽涂层,阻止水和氧与金属表面接触。

投标方设备(含分包外购件)采用的油漆工艺系统应满足本章节4中相关规范要求;投标方设备(含分包外购件)采用的油漆工艺系统中对应的环境腐蚀类型、油漆耐久性、设备环境区域、表面处理、油漆种类及漆膜厚度应满足本章节5中相关要求(CS01-CS11);对于直接出厂但需在现场进行二次组装后成为设备内部组件的这些钢构件外表面及设备外壳的内表面(且上述这些部位或部件在设备组装完成后正常运行时与大气环境隔离)应有必要的防锈措施,可涂刷一道醇酸防锈漆(干膜厚度50um)或气相防锈油(有特殊要求禁止涂漆的除外);如上述这些部件或部位在设备组装完毕后正常运行是长期与环境大气相通,则这些部件表面的油漆要求与该设备壳体外表面油漆工艺要求相同(具体见CS01—CS11)。
供货范围内所有扶手、支柱、梯、格栅板、护栏、踢脚板及紧固件等需热镀锌,锌膜厚度不小于600g/m2.供货范围内配套的电控柜涂层保护可采用喷塑工艺,除有特殊明确的说明外不锈钢材质和镀锌件设备或部件外表面一般不油漆。
对于本章节中未提及的设备内部件防腐涂装要求,可按照国家和行业相关规范要求执行,由厂家在合同执行阶段提供给招标方的工厂油漆规范中进一步细化明确,并需得到招标方认可。
对于本工程设备采用的油漆品牌,要求投标方在PPG牌、佐敦牌(JOTUN),国际牌(INTERNATIONAL)这三个涂料品牌中选择,合同执行阶段最终选用的具体品牌需征得招标方和业主的认可且不发生相关费用的增加调整;设备面漆颜色由招标方根据业主的意见在合同执行阶段书面告知投标方,在未得到招标方及业主认可前投标方不得进行设备油漆的订货和涂装,否则由此引起的相关损失由投标方自行承担。
IPN8710防腐涂料
一、产品概述
IPN8710互穿网络重防腐涂料为双组份涂料,甲组基料:树脂、弓I发剂;乙组基料:活性单体、催化剂。
甲组与乙组等当量混合时,三种网络在分子水平上进行互穿,形成互穿聚合物网络(IPN )结构,产生协同效应,该涂料形成网络具有:附着力强、柔韧性好、耐酸、碱、盐等腐蚀介质。
进一步提高了涂层的韧性、强度、附着力、抗渗透性以及化学惰性,使涂膜具有更好的性能,通过形成IPN来改进高聚物的性能,是一种新型的咼聚物共混技术。
二、产品特点
1、涂层完全固化后无度,对饮用水无污染,涂层耐水、耐油、耐化学介质,防锈性能优异。
2、涂层对金属、陶瓷、混凝土等材料有极强的粘结力,涂层硬度高,涂层的柔韧性、耐冲击性好,耐磨性强。
3、涂料固体含量高,一次可厚涂,涂料为双组分,可低温-10 ° C固化,现场施工简便。
三、适用范围
IPN8710防腐涂料可用于石化、石油、海上平台、船舶、水利、市政、冶金等行业的饮水舱、水塔、啤酒罐、给水管道、给谁构筑物以及需要防漏、防身、防腐设施的内壁;也可
用于盛装燃料油、汽油等金属容器、混凝土容器的内壁四、主要技术指标
五、施工指南
1、表面处理:金属表面最好喷砂除锈,除锈质量应达到GB/T8923规定的Sa2.5级,
锚纹深度宜为30 um左右。
混凝土表面应无粉尘、无油污、无水分、无碱性,经处理的表面应在24小时内涂上底漆。
2、涂料配置:使用前应先将甲组份充分搅匀,再加上已组份,按重量甲:乙=11:1的比例配置,搅拌均匀熟化10〜20分钟开始涂刷;配置好的涂料应在5小时内用完。
3、涂装工艺:涂料可以采用普通喷涂、高压无气喷涂、涂刷等工艺施工。
下一道涂层
应在上一道涂层实干后涂装,如果漆膜完全固化,应打毛后再涂下一道。
当涂料年度增大时, 可使用我厂生产的专用稀释剂稀释,用量不超过涂料量的5%

六、注意事项
1、IPN8710防腐涂料为易燃物品,应存放在干燥、通风、阴凉处,严禁雨淋暴晒和接
近火源。
运输应遵守易燃品运输的安全规定。
2、为确保涂层质量,施工时如遇风沙、雨、雪、雾天气时,应停止防腐层的露天施工。
当环境温度低于-10 ° C,高于40° C,或相对湿度高于80%寸,不宜施工。
3、涂装后的设备应在防腐层完全固化(一般夏季5〜7天,冬季7〜10天)后交付使用,未固化的防腐层应防止雨水浸淋。
4、IPN8710防腐涂料产品储存期为一年,储存期内如发现桶内有沉淀,搅匀后即可使用;超过储存期的产品,可按照表中的各项指标进行检验,指标符合要求的可继续使用。
