反渗透阻垢剂投加方法阻垢剂添加量的计算一般由反渗透阻垢剂厂家根据水质通过软件计算所得。
根据所计算的阻垢剂添加浓度,根据阻垢剂计量泵量程、配药浓度,即可调整计量泵流量与频率。
原液不稀释直接投入Q3=Q1*D/(P*1000)实例;某厂给水量为100吨/小时,经计算,原水的加药剂量为3.0PPm阻垢剂不稀释直接投加,阻垢剂密度P=1.08kg/L每小时的投加量:M=Q1*D/1000=100*3/1000=0.3 Kg加药泵的调节:Q3=Q1*d/(p*1000)=100*3.0/(1.08*1000)=0.278L/h说明:根据泵的实际出力Q3=0.278L/h,选择适合的泵。
一般建议泵的实际出力Q3,占泵的最大出力Q2 25%~90%.本产品可稀释使用(稀释要RO产水或脱盐水)、一般加药量在2.5-5ppm,具体情况要根据进水盐度、温度、回收率、RO膜种类等条件而计算出一个合适的加药量。
稀释后药液的比重视为1。
Q3/Z=Q1*D(P*1000)实例:某厂给水量为50吨/小时,经计算,原水的加药剂量为3.2ppm,阻垢剂稀后投加,阻垢剂稀释液密度p≈1kg/L每小时的投加量:M=50*3.2/1000=0.16 Kg加药泵的调节:Q3/z=Q1*D/(P*1000)=50*3.2/(1*1000)=0.16L/h说明;假如稀释倍数5(Z一般选小子10整数,如:2 、4、5、10等)时,泵的实际出力Q3=0.8L/h,据此选择适合的泵。
一般建议泵的出力Q3占泵的最大出力Q2 25%~90%.附计算泵的调节方法双调式:实际出力=最大处理*冲程%*频率%,频率一般选择小于50%。
单调式:实际出力=最大出力*冲程%。
进水流量Q1单位;m3 /h加药浓度D单位;ppm阻垢剂密度P单位;Kg/L泵的最大出力Q2单位;L/h泵的实际出力Q3单位; L/h稀释倍数Z.每小时的投加量M单位;Kg反渗透阻垢剂建议在保安过滤器之前投加。
