Healthy food,good habits,and exercise are important for you,too.Eat lots of healthy food,but don’ eat too much.Go to bed early,and don’t watch too much TV.Do lots of exercise like Yao Ming and Deng Yaping. When you exercise,you should be careful.Don’t hurt your legs or arms.
