*5.4供应商在国内必须设有分析仪器培训,免费为用户提供仪器的基本原理、操作、日常维护及基础分析仪器理论课程,并为用户不少于两人的国内免费培训。
*5.5供应商提供为用户提供免费的电话咨询及技术服务。
六、售后服务6.1投标方应具有可靠的供货实力,在中国境内有维修站,并具有高素质的专业维修队伍。
6.2在接到用户维修请求后,应能在24小时内作出快速响应,并在72小时内到达现场。
6.3 仪器整机保修期为12个月(从最终验收合格后起)。
