中华人民共和国政府和孟加拉人民共和国政府关于互免签证的协议文章属性•【缔约国】孟加拉国•【条约领域】外交•【公布日期】1989.11.18•【条约类别】协定•【签订地点】达卡正文中华人民共和国政府和孟加拉人民共和国政府关于互免签证的协议（签订日期１９８９年１１月１８日）中华人民共和国政府和孟加拉人民共和国政府作为缔约双方，为了发展两国的友好关系，方便两国公民往来，根据平等互惠原则，经过友好协商，就互免签证问题达成协议如下：第一条中华人民共和国公民持有效的外交、公务、因公普通护照和孟加拉人民共和国公民持有效的外交、官员、加注政府公务或免费的普通护照，通过对方向国际旅客开放的口岸入境、出境或过境，免办签证。

第二条本协议第一条所规定的双方享受免办签证的公民，在对方境内逗留期间，应遵守该国的法律和规章。

第三条缔约任何一方有权拒绝不受欢迎或不可接受的缔约另一方公民进入本国领土；有权缩短或终止另一方公民在本国领土上逗留的期限，并无须说明理由。

第四条由于公共秩序或国家安全的原因，缔约一方可以临时中止执行本协议的部分或全部条款。

如采取这一措施，至少须提前七十二小时通过外交途径通知缔约另一方。

第五条如缔约一方要求终止本协议，应通过外交途径书面通知缔约另一方，并自通知之日起第三十天失效。

第六条本协议自签字之日起第三十天生效。

本协议于一九八九年十一月十八日在达卡签订，一式两份，每份都用中文和英文写成，两种文本具有同等效力。

中华人民共和国政府和秘鲁共和国政府关于互免签证的换文文章属性•【缔约国】秘鲁•【条约领域】外交•【公布日期】1987.06.16•【条约类别】换文•【签订地点】利马正文中华人民共和国政府和秘鲁共和国政府关于互免签证的换文（签订日期１９８７年６月１６日生效日期１９８７年７月１６日）（一）中方去文秘鲁共和国外交部秘书长兼副部长乌韦尔特·维兰德·阿尔萨莫拉先生阁下：我谨代表中华人民共和国政府确认，根据平等互惠原则，经过友好协商，中秘双方就持外交护照人员互免签证问题，达成协议如下：一、中方持有效的中华人民共和国外交护照的人员和秘方持有效的秘鲁共和国外交护照的人员，通过对方对国际旅客开放的所有人出境口岸入境、出境或者过境，免办签证。

二、本协议第一条所规定的缔约双方享受免办签证的人员，进入缔约另一方国境后，如属临时逗留，逗留期限不超过三十天的，可免于申办逗留手续；凡逗留超过三十天者，应当按照缔约另一方有关逗留期的规定，向当地主管机关申办逗留手续。

该手续免费办理。

缔约一方派往缔约另一方享受免办签证的常驻机构人员（包括其随行配偶和未成年子女），应申办在对方任职期间的逗留手续。

三、缔约一方的上述人员在缔约另一方境内逗留期间，应当遵守缔约另一方的法律规章。

四、缔约一方可以临时中止本协议的全部或者部分条款，但在采取这一措施前，必须通过外交途径提前九十天通知缔约另一方。

缔约一方也可以修改本协议的全部或者部分条款，但是必须征得缔约另一方的同意。

上述内容如蒙阁下复照确认，本照会和您的复照即成为中华人民共和国政府和秘鲁共和国政府之间的一项协议，并自您的复照之日起第三十天生效。

持普通护照中国公民前往有关国家和地区入境便利待遇一览表（2018年5月31日更新）（注：表格中所列国家和地区的入境便利条件均适用中国普通护照，其中部分国家不仅限于普通护照）一、互免签证国家（共12个）国家/地区名称互免普通护照签证条件阿联酋入境、出境或者过境阿，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

（此前，阿已对我商务旅游人员实施单方面免签30天）巴巴多斯入境、出境或者过境巴，停留期不超过30天，免办签证巴哈马入境、出境或过境巴，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

厄瓜多尔入境、出境或过境厄，免办签证，一年内累计停留不超过90天。

斐济入境、出境或过境斐，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

格林纳达入境、出境或过境格，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

1毛里求斯入境、出境或过境毛，停留不超过60天(2017.06.14起达成协议，由30天改为60天），免办签证。

塞尔维亚入境、出境或过境塞，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

塞舌尔入境、出境或过境塞，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

圣马力诺入境、出境或过境圣，停留不超过90天，免办签证。

汤加入境、出境或过境汤，停留不超过30天，免办签证。

波黑入境、出境或过境波，每180天停留不超过90天，免办签证。

二、单方面允许中国公民免签入境国家和地区（共15个）国家/地区名称免签入境条件安提瓜和巴布达一、持有效中国护照、停留期不超过30天可免签入境。

二、以下人员可免签入境，无停留期限制：1、持外交、公务护照的中国驻安巴使馆工作人员及其持外交、公务护照的配偶和子女；2、赴安巴从事两国政府合作项目考察、设计、开发、建设的中方人员。

安巴政府同时提醒，其他需在安巴停留超过30天以及赴安巴学习、工作、开展媒2体活动或从事需经政府批准活动的中国公民，入境前须申办签证（英国驻华使馆代办）。

多米尼克以旅游为目的持有效护照、返程机票、酒店预订单或证明其有经济能力支付旅行的材料者可免签入境，停留期不超过21天。

法属波利尼西亚由我国旅游主管部门批准的具有组织出境旅游资质的旅行社组团赴波自助旅游、家庭旅游或跟团游，可免签证入境并停留14天。

中国护照免签国家一览对中国免签证的国家通常，按照国家间的亲密程度和经贸往来关系，两个国家间的出入境旅行待遇可分为以下级别：A，免签证，即从一个国家到另外一个国家不需要签证，可停留7天至6个月不等。

通常是双边的。

B，落地签证，即从一个国家到另外一个国家不需要签证，但需要在到达机场申请进入许可，通常是单边的。

C，签证，即从一个国家到另外一个国家需要签证，又因国家之间的外交关系和民间交流形势分为签证容易类，签证政策收紧类等。

同时，有的国家政府为了增加国家收入，会采取不同的政策吸引他们需要的旅行者。

如俄罗斯政府决定对中国团体游客免签证等。

在中国，护照分为因公，因私护照及外交护照，因公护照持有者和外交护照持有者有很大的自由旅行全权，去很多国家都有免签证或落地签证待遇。

免签证国家/地区：A，安道尔(ANDORRA)，这个在法国和西班牙之间的小国没有签证需要。

可以认为是对中国因私护照持有者的免签国家。

可惜，因为这个袖珍小国家太小，没有国际机场，中国旅客需要从法国或西班牙入境。

虽然免签，可惜前往法西的申根签证还是有一点难度的。
