外贸中英文商业发票

一、商业发票（Commercial Invoice）商业发票是出口商向进口商开具的，表明商品名称、数量、单价、总价等信息的单据。

它是买卖双方结算货款的主要依据，也是海关验货、征税的重要凭证。

二、装箱单（Packing List）装箱单详细列出了商品的数量、规格、重量、体积等信息，以及商品的包装情况。

它是海关验货、征税的辅助凭证，有助于进口商了解货物的实际情况。

三、原产地证明（Certificate of Origin）原产地证明是证明商品产地的重要文件，有助于进口商享受关税减免等优惠政策。

不同国家和地区的原产地证明格式不同，需根据实际需求选择合适的证明类型。

四、质量检验证书（Quality Inspection Certificate）质量检验证书是证明商品质量符合合同规定的重要文件。

出口商需委托第三方检验机构对商品进行检验，并出具相应的检验证书。

五、卫生检疫证书（Sanitary and Phytosanitary Certificate）卫生检疫证书是证明商品符合卫生、植物检疫要求的文件。

出口商需委托相关机构对商品进行检验，并出具相应的证书。

六、装运通知（Shipment Advice）装运通知是出口商在货物装船后，向进口商发送的告知货物已装船、预计到达时间等信息的文件。

它有助于进口商做好接货准备。

七、运输单据（Bill of Lading, B/L）运输单据是货物运输过程中最关键的文件，证明货物已由承运人接收，并载明货物的数量、名称、装运港、目的港等信息。

B/L分为正本和副本，正本用于提货，副本用于结算。

八、保险单（Insurance Policy）保险单是证明出口商已为货物购买保险的文件。

保险单中载明保险金额、保险期限、保险险种等信息，有助于进口商在货物发生损失时获得赔偿。

九、信用证（Letter of Credit, L/C）信用证是银行根据进口商的要求，向出口商开具的一种有条件的付款保证。

发票（INVOICE）是进出口贸易结算中使用的最主要的单据之一，我国进出口贸易中使用的发票主要有：商业发票（COMMERCIAL INVOICE）海关发票（CUSTOMS INVOICE）形式发票(PROFORMA INVOICE）领事发票（CONSULAR INVOICE）厂商发票(MANUFACTURER’S INVOICE)一．商业发票商业发票（INVOICE）是卖方向买方开立的，对所装运货物的全面、详细说明，并凭以向买方收取货款的货款价目总清单。

是进出口贸易结算中使用的最主要的单据之一。

商业发票是全套进出口单据的核心，其它单据均以它为中心来缮制。

二、商业发票的作用核对卖方履约情况是否符合合同规定进、出口商收付货款和记帐的凭证进口商通关纳税的依据在不使用汇票的交易中，可替代汇票作为付款依据办理保险的依据和保险索赔时价值的证明。

三、商业发票的内容1.首文部分发票的名称发票的抬头发票号码及日期合同号、信用证号运输方式及路线2.本文部分唛头商品描述数量/单位单价及总价合计3. 结文部分对发票加注的各种证明签字盖章四、发票的缮制1、发票编号（Invoice No.）为便于查询，大部分公司的汇票号码与发票号码一致。

各公司都有一定的编号规则。

2、地点及日期（Place and date）一般情况下：地点：受益人所在地日期：合同签订日之后，提单签发日之前UCP600规定：若信用证没有特别规定，早于信用证开立日期的出单日期的单据银行不能拒付。

但许多信用证会有以下明确规定：“Any documents prior to the date of issuance of the Letter of Credit are not acceptable.”3、抬头人/收货人（Consignee）“TO:”一般填写：买方的名称和地址。

信用证结算方式下，具体填写内容参照信用证。

比如信用证规定：（见课本）或者如：Signed invoice in the name of ABC Co.若信用证没有规定，则填写申请人名址。

外贸发票的种类2010-04-09 11:31在国际贸易中，不同的用途使用不同的发票，不同的发票名称表示不同的发票种类，缮制时应严格按信用证的规定。

常见的发票种类及缮制方法如下：（1）商业发票：若L/C规定为INVOICE（发票）、COMMERCIAL INVOICE （商业发票）、SHIPPING INVOICE（装运发票）、TRADE INVOICE（贸易发票），一律可按商业发票掌握，一般只需将发票名称印为“INVOICE”字样。

（2）详细发票：若L/C规定“DETAILED INVOICE”，则如果发票内印有“INVOICE”字样，前面须加“DETAILED”，发票内容应将货物名称、规格、数量、单价、价格条件、总值等详细列出。

（3）证实发票：证实发票是证明所载内容真实、正确的一种发票，证实的内容视进口商的要求而定，如：发票内容真实无误、货物的真实产地、商品品质与合同相符、价格正确等等。

如果L/C规定“CERTIFIED INVOICE”，发票名称应照打，同时划去发票下通常印就的“E. ＆. O. E.”字样，通常在发票内注明“WE HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE CONTENTS OF INVOICE HEREIN ARE TRUE ＆CORRECT”。

有些国家对证实发票规定有一定的格式，作为货物进口清关课以较低关税或免税证明。

有些地区的进口商凭证实发票代替海关发票办理清关或取得关税优惠。

有些进口商凭证实发票证明佣金未包括在货价内，借以索取价外报酬。

如果L/C规定“VISAED INVOIE”（签证发票），并指定签证人，则需由签证人在发票上盖章签字作签证，并加注证明文句，若证中未指定签证人，则以出口国商会作为签证人，其余与证实发票同。

（4）收妥发票，或称钱货两讫发票：若L/C规定需“RECEIPT INVOICE”，则照打名称，并在发票结文签字处加注货款已收讫条款：VALUE/PAYMENT RECEIVED UNDER CREDIT NO.××× ISSUED BY ××× BANK。
