4.0 Work Content

4.1 Maintenance and upkeep work res:

4.1.1 XXX diesel generators。and major maintenance and

XXX. 4.1.2 The head of the XXX "Facilities and Equipment

Maintenance and Upkeep Plan" for the next year in December and

formulates mid-term and major XXX.

4.1.3 XXX according to the "Facilities and XXX" and records

the maintenance and XXX "Generator Maintenance Record Form."

The replacement of XXX "Facilities and XXX."

4.1.4 General fault repairs should not exceed 8 hours。If the

important part fault cannot be resolved within 8 hours。report it to

the head of the XXX。If the project itself cannot resolve the issue。the cause of the fault should be written down and signed by the

project manager and reported to the quality management

department and the deputy general manager.

4.1.5 The head of the XXX work.

4.2 Maintenance and XXX diesel generators:

During maintenance。n should be paid to the relative n and

order of disassembled parts (if necessary。markings should be

made)。and the XXX.

The maintenance cycle for the air filter is every 50 hours of n。When the transparent part of the air filter indicator turns red。it indicates that the air filter has reached its limit and should be XXX

handling。press the top button of the XXX to reset it。The

cleaning process for the air filter is as follows: 1) loosen the metal

ring。remove the dust collector and filter element。and carefully

clean the filter element from top to bottom。2) If the filter element

is not too dirty。it can be blown clean directly with compressed air。but the air pressure should not be too high and the nozzle should

not be too close to the filter element。3) If the filter element is too

dirty。a special cleaning n should be purchased for cleaning。and

then it should be dried with an electric hair dryer (note that it

should not be overheated)。4) After cleaning。it should be

checked by shining a light bulb from the inside to the outside and

observing the outside of the filter element。If light spots are found。it indicates that the filter element has punctured and should be

replaced with the same model。If no light spots appear。it

indicates that the filter element has not punctured。and it should

be carefully installed.

XXX cycle for the battery is every 50 hours of n。The

battery's charging status should be checked with a voltmeter。and if it is insufficient。it should be charged。Check whether the

battery fluid level is about 15mm above the plates。If it is not

enough。distilled water or electrolyte should be added to the

above n。Check whether the XXX n marks。If so。they should

be XXX.

The maintenance cycle for the belt is every 100 hours of n。Check each belt and replace it promptly if it is damaged or

ineffective。Apply 40N pressure to the middle of the belt。and it

should be able to be pressed down by about 12N。Adjust it if it is

too loose or too tight.

The maintenance cycle for the radiator is every 200 hours of n。The external cleaning process is as follows: 1) Spray with hot

water (with a cleaning agent) from the front of the radiator towards

the n of the fan (spraying from XXX will only force dirt to the

center n)。When using this method。use tape to cover the XXX)

If the above method cannot remove stubborn deposits。remove the

radiator and soak it in hot alkaline water for about 20 minutes。then rinse it with hot water.
