FB136交直流通用开关量输入端子板1功能说明FB136交直流通用开关量输入端子板,通过40芯排线与模块FM161配合使用的电缆连接式底座FM131-C相连。
完成16路输入为220V内直流或交流电压的开关量输出转换,并与控制柜里的16路开入模块FM161接口并隔离。
输入交流采用电容分压,直流通过电阻限流;整流电路可以兼容交流和直流,并防止正负端子接错;控制LED的光藕接于输出侧,可以使LED直接反映输出,且在参数上易于调节LED发光的区间。
2端子说明2.1输入信号端子说明图2-1板面布置图如图2-1所示,印制板的外形尺寸为120*210mm,4个定位孔的直径为5 mm,各个定位孔中心到印制板相邻两边的距离均为8mm。
现场信号分三类:有源单线、无源单线、无源两线;其接线如图2-2所示。
图2-2输入端子接线图说明:CH1~CH16:1、2;3、4;…;31、32分别为1到16路信号的输入端子。
所有的偶数端子在印制板内通过跳线J1、…J16短接。
2.2与底座接线说明FB136交直流通用开关量输入端子板,通过40芯扁平电缆与封装模块FM161的电缆连接式底座FM131-C相连。
FB136的牛角连接器的插针排列顺序如图2-3所示,与FM131-C底座上的牛角连接器的插针排列顺序一致。
所以压制40芯排线时排线的两个压头的方向一致,两个压头的40根压线的顺序一一对应。

完成16路输入为220V内直流或交流电压的开关量通断控制,并与控制柜里的16路开入模块FM171接口并隔离。
