评析贾玉新的《跨文化交际学》自从我读了《跨文化交际学》之后,给我留下了深刻的印象。
特别是书中的一句话:跨文化交际学不仅仅是研究跨文化差异的科学,它还是为人类沟通与理解架设桥梁的一门艺术。
让我们觉得跨文化交际学真是博大精深。
而且从书中,我明白了,西方文化和东方文化有着很大的差异。
所以说,在跨文化交际中,既要了解西方文化,也要了解东方文化,才能更好地去进行交流。
这本书中的第一章是对西方语言文字及文化历史发展的介绍。
我们可以从中看到西方的文字起源于古埃及,然后经过罗马帝国,随后演变成拉丁文。
最后经由英国的工业革命,文字也发生了很大的改变。
然后是德语和法语,都是由拉丁文演变而来的。
所以我觉得,文化和语言是紧密相连的。
而这本书中的第二章是语言与思维。
其实也是告诉我们跨文化交际中语言的重要性。
我觉得学习语言是非常重要的,因为语言直接影响着我们的日常交际。
如果没有正确地运用语言,我们就会很尴尬。
比如有些国家喜欢一言不发。
但在我们中国却恰恰相反,我们总是会说“你懂得”“说得好极了”。
然而这两种语言的用途也是截然不同的。
在中国,多数情况下,不会直接说出自己的想法,即使心里有这样的想法,也会把他们压抑住。
如果遇上脾气不太好的人,甚至会被骂。
可是在法国,则不是这样,即使你心里有这样的想法,也可以直接表达出来。
不会被骂,而且他们会觉得很有趣。
我觉得,两种文化背景的区别,导致了语言的不同。
因此我们在交际时,一定要注意语言的使用。
这样才能让交际更加顺利,更加愉快。
文化因素是语言表达与接受过程中重要的因素。
如果你的汉语水平不高,那么你就无法正确的用汉语来表达自己。
因此,在交际过程中,我们必须要遵守语言的规则。
这本书中的第三章主要是介绍交际过程中的个人态度。
我觉得这一点也是非常重要的。
在进行交际时,一定要保持良好的态度,这样才能和对方友好的交谈,促进彼此的感情。
就如书中所讲的“跨文化交际的实质就是跨越不同的文化界限,达到人与人之间的沟通与理解”。

有的人认为,作大范围的国与国之间的对比对于改进跨文化交际益处不大,应该把眼光放在更具体的文化差异上。
跨文化交际研究的范围应该也包括地区、职业、年龄、性别等方面的文化差异的探讨。
文化通常不就是指个人的行为, 而就是指一个群体的生活方式与习惯。
作者认为作跨国、跨种族、跨民族研究不仅应该就是跨文化交际研究包括的内容,而且应该就是放在首位的。
至于地区、阶级、阶层、职业、性别、年龄等不同层次的差异也应该给予关注。
至于个人之间的差异的研究只就是在我们把她们当做群体的代表时才有意义。
在研究一个国家的文化特点时, 我们的眼光首先应集中在它的主流文化主流文化上,其次才注意它的亚文化与地区文化的特点。
