泵为单级单吸悬臂式卧式离心泵，该泵是根据多相流理论和实践经验而设计的适于输送含固介质的泵型，它适用于化肥、化工、污水处理、食品、造纸、制糖、矿山、氧化铝等行业。

The series of LC, LC-B pump is manufactured with the manufacturing license technology introduced from J.S company France and the casting material used for corrosive, wear-resistant pump technology introduced from H.S company France by our company. The pumpis a single stage single suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump. And it is designed for transferring medium containing solids in accordance with the multiphase channel theory and practical experience. It is applicable to the fertilizer, chemical, waste water processing, food, papermaking, sugar refinery, mining, alumna and other industries.泵型号意义:The designation of pump type is explained as follow:LC 50 / 210叶轮外径 External diameter of impeller排出口直径 Diameter of discharge opening单级单吸悬臂式离心泵Single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump 2.泵的结构The structure of the pumpLC、LC——B泵主要由泵体（1）、泵盖（2）、叶轮（3）、托架（4）、轴（5）、轴封（6）、叶轮螺栓（7）、轴承箱（8）组成。

见图1、图2。

The pump mainly consists of casing, cover, impeller, support, shaft, shaft sealing, impeller bolts, bearing box. Seeing Fig. 1, Fig.2.泵过流部件材质按输送介质条件的差异有多种耐腐蚀耐磨蚀材质供选用。

当过流部件材质为高硬度、高耐磨蚀的DF2材质时（型号标注为在泵基本型号后加T，例LC50/210T），在叶轮与泵盖之间设计有耐磨板，泵的吸入口和排出口法兰均为活套法兰；泵体与托架用压块联接。

The material of the wetted parts may adopt with variant corrosive, wear resistant materials according to the medium’s difference. When the wetted parts adopt with the DF2 type materials, there are wear plates designed between impeller and cover. And the suction flanges and discharge flange all are activity. The casing is jointed with the support by the pressed block. Seeing Fig.3LC泵叶轮与泵盖间隙榀通过调节螺栓加以调节。

LC——B泵旋转部件直接装在托架上，其叶轮与泵盖间隙为固定值。

The adjustable bolts can adjust the clearance of LC pump between impeller and cover. 叶轮在轴（5）的安装采用锥形配合，且用叶轮螺栓紧栓紧固。

The impeller is designed as closed type wide channel impeller in favor of the medium’s passing which contains of solid. There are notopodiums on the impeller. The front notopodium prevents the medium reflowing to the suction, and the rear notopodium may equilibrate axial force and reduce the axial leakage press to improve the sealing’s reliability and life. The impeller adopts cone fit and is fixed with impeller bolts on the shaft.LC泵叶轮与泵盖（耐磨板）间隙可调节，通过拧动装在托架上的调节螺栓带动轴承箱轴向位移而实现间隙调节。

叶轮与泵盖（耐磨板）的间隙应控制在2~3毫米。

The clearance between impeller and cover (wear plate) is adjustable through screwing the adjustable bolts fitted on the support. The controlled range clearance should be 2~3 mm.2.1.2泵体与泵盖（耐磨板）构成泵的工作室。

泵体具有水平轴向吸入口和切向排出口。

The working room of the pump consists of casing and cover (wear plate). There are axial suction and tangential discharge on the casing.2.2拖架The supportLC泵托架为铸铁框架结构，其作用是支承泵体和轴承箱。

The support of type LC pump is made of cast iron. It is used to supporting the casing and the bearing box.LC——B泵，轴承箱与托架合为一体，即简称为托架。

The LC-B pump’s bearing box and support are in one, so it is called the support for short.2.3轴承箱The bearing box轴承箱装有滚动轴承用以支承泵轴的径向力和轴向力。

Check the manometer and gauge stand of affiliated equipments2、水泵安装顺序Pump installation order（1）整套泵运抵现场时，都已装好电机；校平底座时，可不必卸下水泵和电机。

The motor have been installed when a whole set of pump arrived scene. When collate the basement, no need to demount the pump and motor.（2）在水泥基础上安装水泵时，基础平面应用水平找平，待基础水泥凝固后将泵安装在基础上，并用水平仪检查水平情况，如不平，应用垫铁调正，直到水平为止，然后通过灌浆孔由混凝土浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。

When install pump on the cement base, regulate the foundation flat by the standard. Check the condition of standard by thegradienter, if not flat, regulate it by the parallels until horizontal, use concrete to irrigate basement and foundation bolt hole by the grout hole. （3）水泥干固后，检查底座和地脚螺栓是否松动，合适后拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母，最后再检查一下整台机组的水平度，稍有不平时，可用斜铁找平。

泵安装使用说明范文一、泵的安装1.在安装泵之前，必须确保泵的型号和规格与使用要求相符，并检查包装是否完好无损。
