some advice that may help you. First of all， You ask me how to study

English well.If I were you,I would listen to the teacher carefully in class,,

and I would take notes in grammar . I would ask my teacher for help at

once if I had any questions too. I also would sthdy hard after class and do my

homework carefully.I think if you can do that,you will learn English well.

You tell me that you like watching TV,I think you should talk about

it with your parents,some TV plays are good for your study.But on

school nights you shouldn’t watch ,you can watch them on weekends.

For your health,you had better keep herathy all the time,you need to

exercise every day,you should eat more vegetables and fruit and eat less

meat.

You say that you are shy.Don’t be worried about that.If I were you,I’d

try to talk with my parents as much as possible and hang out

with friends on weekend.In class,it’ll be helpful to answer questions as
