空载试验：no-load test 在电机作电动机运行而轴上无有效机械输出时进行的试验

轻载试验：light load test 当电机在驱动或被驱动状态下运行时，做为电动机，仅供给被驱动机械的空载损耗。

5 波形试验:waveform test 为记录电机任一变量的波形而进行的试验

堵转试验：locked-rotor test为确定堵转转距及堵转电流在电机通电而转子堵住时进行的试验

起动试验:starting test 为确定起动转距而使电机在规定情况下从静止状态开始加速至负载转速所进行的试验

换向试验：commutation test 评定换向器电机在规定情况下运行时换向性能的试验

直流电阻测定：resistance test 用直流电测定绕组电阻的试验

铁心损耗试验：core test 为确定电机铁心叠片（通常不带绕组）的损耗特性或片间绝缘的有效性而进行的试验

超速试验：overspeed test

平衡试验:balance test

振动试验：vibration test 为测定电机各部分在规定条件下的振动情况而进行的试验

躁声级试验:noise—level test

轴电压试验:shaft-voltage test 在电机带电情况下，为测定电机可能产生轴电流的电压而进行的试验

换向片间电阻试验:segment to segment test 测定换向器相邻片间电阻以检查绕组是否良好的试验

绝缘电阻测定：insulation resistance test 在规定条件下测定绝缘电阻的试验

耐电压试验： high—voltage test 介电强度试验： dielectric test

在绝缘上施加高电压以确定绝缘介质强度是否符合要求的试验

匝间试验： interturn test ; turn-to—turn test 为检查匝间绝缘的完好情况而进行的试验。试验时，以规定幅值的电压施加于绝缘导体的相邻匝之间
