在基础不太好，以前完全没有过任何听力和模仿经验的时候，想要通过自学来学好英文，任何教材都不够好，都无法很好的conduct你们的学习流程，背诵，背单词，疯狂，或是简单的模仿录音都不够高效

请大家使用《赖世雄美国英语教程》，这书后来改版了，叫做《美语从头学》，个人建议买白蓝封面的那版，而非红色封面
为什么我敢说它是最好，比任何教材，包括新概念李阳都好，我只从自学角度上说
赖世雄是国内最牛叉的讲师，没有之一，英文精深，教学得当，诙谐幽默，完爆各种所谓的垃圾名师，有兴趣，可以去有苦看看他的脱口秀和康熙来乐。。。
他的教材最大的特点是，不像NCE那样，只是一本书，一套CD就没了，它是配有讲解录音的，也就是讲座
你花不到200块就能听到全国最牛叉的老师的讲课，真是赚翻了 为什么我推荐赖世雄而不是新概念或者疯狂英语等其它教程，原因无它，赖世雄所有的课程皆配有播讲类课程，他自己是一位极为优秀的讲师，如果你认真听课，这个比你在培训机构花大价钱的效果还要好，而其它教材，并不适合零基础或者入门同学。
