大学英语口语网考属性与功效的实证研究

摘要：口语网考结构元素的本质属性及其交互作用决定着口语网考效果。大学英语口语网考的分值反
映出网考效果还存在不足。相对于传统面试，口语网考在效度、客观性等方面的优势明显，但在信度、适应
性、主观性等层面存在差距。只有不断改进、完善考试系统及其配套的硬件设备，加强试题库建设，使考试
内容与教学相适应，加强网考实践和考生心理辅导，制定有效的口语网考策略，才能完善口语网考的功能，
真正达到科学客观的测评效果。

我国大学英语考试体系的建立与发展，包括考试制
度、形式、内容等与英语教学的发展一脉相承。【ｌ】多媒体
课件与网络技术在我国高校的普及与不断更新，赋予了现
代英语教育以全新的概念和内容，推动了考试测评方法与
手段的变革。【２】我国从１９８７年开始实施大学英语考试
（ＣＥＴ），１９９９年实施大学英语口语考试，对考生的听、说、
读、写能力进行较为全面的测量评价。进入２１世纪，计
算机信息技术逐步被广泛应用于我国高校大学英语四、六
级口语考试，２００８年在全国５０余所试点院校采用类似托
福的上机考试。虽然我国应用计算机网络测试大学英语口
语还处于探索、试验阶段，但它指明了一个方向，那就是
更多地注重听说，重视应用，【 】从而引导大学生更加适应
社会发展的需要。因此我国众多教学科研人员积极地开展
了大学英语口语机考的研究与实践。本文拟从分值效果、
