摘 要

中国电视传媒的资源整合开始于上个世纪的90年代，10余年来一直围绕着宏观和微

观两个层面进行，前一个层面表现为以电视台为单位的频道类型化建构，后一个层面则表

现为以某一类专业化频道为单元的资源配置。资源整合发展而今，宏观上电视频道的类型

化建构已颇具规模，但微观上专业化频道自身的资源配制还没有引起足够的重视。我们知

道，专业化频道是我国电视生态群落中的主体组成部分，其运营的好坏直接左右着中国电

视产业的未来走向。因此，专业化频道的资源整合已经成为当下中国电视媒体发展中的崭

新命题。

鉴于此，本文尝试以中央电视台体育频道（CCTV-5）为研究个案，探讨专业化频道的

资源整合策略。本论文分为四个部分：第一章重在明确专业化频道资源整合的理论界定及

其必要性，并从四个方面分析以CCTV-5为研究个案的可行性；第二章和第三章是论文的

主体部分，第二章以CCTV-5频道资源结构图为参照，在分析频道生存环境的基础上，对

频道外部资源和内部支持性资源进行整合，最后完成对频道核心资源——节目资源的整

合，此为“一级整合”；第三章是在第二章基础上对论题的进一步延伸，包括CCTV-5与其

他频道之间的资源联动和CCTV-5频道资源的多层次开发利用两个部分，此为“二级整合”；

第四章则是对全文的一个总结，即专业化频道的资源整合需要具备三个方面的条件：一是

明确的战略目标，二是科学的原则指导，三是有序的操作流程。

本论文旨在从CCTV-5的案例分析中，总结出一些在专业化频道资源整合过程中的具

有普适性的共同规律，从而为我国专业化频道的未来发展提供的参考路径。

TO DISCUSS THE INTEGRATION TACTICS OF SPECIAL

TV CHANNEL’S RESOURSE

ABSTRACT

The resource integration of Chinese TV media has started since the 90 s last century , been

surrounding two aspects—macroscopic and microcosmic in progress all the time during the past

over 10 years. The former is the channel type-construction taking TV station as the unit, the

latter is the resource allocation taking some kind of Special TV Channel as the element。

Resource integration developing now, type-construction of TV channel from macroscopic view

has a big scale, but the Special TV Channel self’s resource integration from microcosmic view

does not arouse sufficient recognition. As we know, the Special TV Channel is the main body of

our TV zoology community, which is to control the future orientation of Chinese TV estate

directly. Therefore, resource integration of Special TV Channel has already been a brand-new

proposition in the development of Chinese TV matchmaker.

Taking CCTV-5 as the case, this thesis attempts to discuss the tactics of resource integration

in Special TV Channel. The body of this thesis has four parts: The first chapter highly nails down

the theory boundary of resource integration and its necessity, and analyzes the feasibility of

taking CCTV-5 as the case from four angles. The second and third chapters are the main parts of

the thesis. Consulting with the picture of CCTV-5 resource structure, the second chapter is to

integrate the outside resource and the inside backup resource, on the base of analyzing the

channel’s living environment, and finally to accomplish the integration of core resource—

program.，which is the first-step integration. The third chapter is a further step on the second base,

includes the resource linkage between CCTV-5 and other channels, and the multiply exploiting

and using of its resource, which is the second-step integration. The fourth chapter is the one to

sum up full text, namely，the resource integration needs to have three terms: firstly, a definite

strategic objective; secondly, the scientific principle guide; thirdly, the orderly operation process.

This thesis aims to conclude some common rule from the analysis of CCTV-5, which is to

provide a reference path for the future development of our country’s Special TV Channel.
