W ARMING UP
1.Albert Einstein (1879-1955), was born in Ulm Germany,
German-born
American physicist and won the Nobel Prize. Best known for
his theories of relativity. He is perhaps the most well-known
scientist of the 20th century.
2.Marie Curie (1867-1934), Polish scientist, was born in
Warsaw. She got
married in 1895 with the French physicist, Pierre Curie. The
Curies together with another scientist obtain the Nobel Prize for
Physics in 1903.
