德国专家希曼斯基在《过电压保护理论与实践中》提出了现代防雷保护的三道防线:外部保护---将绝大部分雷电流直接引入地下泄散;内部保护及过电压保护----阻塞沿电源线或数据线、信号线引入的侵入波危害设备;过电压保护----限制被保护设备上雷电过电压幅值。
这三道防线相互配合,各尽其职,缺一不可。
IECLPZ防雷分区按电磁兼容的原理把信息系统所在建筑物或构筑物按需要保护的空间由外到内分为不同的雷电防护区(LPZ),以确定各LPZ空间的雷击电磁脉冲的强度及应采取的防护措施。
雷电防护区可分为:直击雷非防护区(LPZOA):本区内的各类物体完全暴露在外部防雷装置的保护范围之外,都可能遭到直接雷击;本区内的电磁场未得到任何屏蔽衰减,属完全暴露的不设防区。
