A: Hello. Welcome to C&C Company你好。
B: Hello. And Good morning. I’m George Chen.
A: Nice to meet you George. I’m glad you’ll be working for us. We’re like a big family here. We all work together as a team. B: That’s great. I’m eager to start.
A: Well, let me tell you about some of our policies and practices here.

When Cindy began her job, she rarely pay attention to reporting, and instead just focus on completing the job at hand. She found it is a waste of time and useless to spend time on writing reports.
But later on, however, she found report writing to be a very important facet of her work. If she is able to convince her supervisors of her achievements, it will be easier to get more resources and to get her projects approved faster in the future.
Hanson: Cindy, you did a good job in the last presentation.Cindy:
Cindy not only has an excellent academic performance record, but also organize various extra-curricular activities and charitable activities, which allows her to easily pass the first interview. Next she will be interviewed by the HR(Human Resource) Manager of C&C.
Cindy
HRMs are generally experienced and possess the unique capacity to identify talents. They put their emphasis on overall qualities, including potential, teamwork and so on. Cindy should opt for communicating with her in a very frank manner. CindyCaroline: Nice to meet you, Cindy我是公司人力资源经理Caroline,请坐I’m Caroline, HR Manager of the company. Please have a seat. Cindy: Nice to meet you, Ms. CarolineCaroline: Caroline: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently in school我想知道为什么你认为你适合这份工作What I want to know is why you think you’re right for this job.
Cindy thought that she was almost there after passing h er direct supervisor’s interview. But there is one more round waiting for her. This time, Alex, Vice President from the Sales Department, will grill Cindy with a fresh set of inquiries. From the company process standpoint, Alex’s interview carries special importance, as one important job of a marketing specialist is to support the Sales Department在Jerry告诉她为什么会有这轮面试后,Cindy就明白该如何表现了。
After being told by Jerry why there is this interview, Cindy knows how to perform in it. Therefore, she emphasizes her interpersonal skills and teamwork ability in the interviewDialogueAlex: 你好,Cindy,我是销售部的AlexAlex: Hi, Cindy, I am Alex from Sales DepartmentCindy: 你好,Alex。
