科勒30、35KW发电机故障汇总及排除方法摘要:气田主要使用的是科勒系列的发电机,在生产过程中常因为故障引发停机,影响气田正常生产运行。
本文主要介绍了气田现场使用的科勒30、35KW发电机的工作原理,对科勒发电机的常见故障进行汇总,并提出了对应的故障判断方法和解决方法,以快速解决故障问题,提高发电机的运行效率。
关键词:科勒;发电机;故障;排除气田集气站日常用电主要的途径有使用国家电网的380V三相四线制的电源(简称为外电)作为站内动力设施、伴热设施、自控仪表、视频监控等设施的日常运行所需的电力需求,当外电断开或者外电缺相时,为了保障集气站的正常运行时,需要启动站内燃气发电机(简称油电)。
气田主要使用的是科勒系列的发电机,下面就现场使用的科勒30、35KW发电机的工作原理、常见故障汇总及对应的排除方法进行简单介绍。
1 科勒发电机的工作原理现场使用的科勒30、35KW发电机主要由散热系统、控制器、燃气系统、空气系统、排气系统、涡轮增压系统组成。
工作原理:启动时发电机将空气与天然气以一定的比例混合成良好的混合气,在吸气冲程被吸入气缸,混合气经压缩点火燃烧而产生热能,高温高压的气体作用于活塞顶部,推动活塞作往复直线运动,通过连杆、曲轴飞轮机构对外输出机械能。
四冲程发电机在进气冲程、压缩冲程、做功冲程和排气冲程内完成一个工作循环。
其转子是永磁无刷式的磁铁为发电机工作提供旋转磁场定子是在空间互差120度电角度的三相交流绕组(按照一定规律连接的线圈组称为绕组)当原动机带动三项同步发电机的转子旋转时,转子磁场对定子的三相绕组有相对运动,定子的三相绕组就感应三项交流电。
2 控制面板的报警科勒30、35KW发电机控制面板的报警等共有16个,主要分为状态灯、报警灯,具体报警如下:3 故障判断方法及解决方法(1)水箱水温高原因分析:水箱防冻液液位不足、节温阀故障、发电机皮带断裂(导致水泵、风扇不动作,防冻液不循环)、发电机房环境温度高。

8.6.2 技术要求8.6.2.1 回转支承的技术要求和检验规则符合JB2300-1999标准。

8.7 多功能行程限位器(见图8-1)。
8.7.1 结构及工作原理多功能行程限位器:由高精度的大传动比减速机构和与其输出轴同步的机构、记忆控制机构等组成。
其工作原理是:被控制的机构与限位器的输入轴相连,当机构运行时,其回转角度(圈数)被限位器记录下来,当转至给定的位置时,记忆凸轮使微动开关切换,从而实现机构限位。
8.7.2 调试方法(见图8-1)。
8.7.2.1 将塔机转至被控制状态,且调整应在空载下进行。
8.7.2.2 拆开上罩壳,检查并拧紧2-M3×55螺钉,同时松开M5螺母,用手逐个压下微动开关WK,确认控制限位的微动开关(WK)是否正确。
8.7.2.3 调整轴4Z,使凸轮4T压下微动开关4WK的触点,使之瞬时换接,然后拧紧M5螺母。
8.7.2.4 将机构运行至另一个控制状态,松开M5螺母,调动调整轴承1Z,使凸轮1T动作,压下微动开关1WK的触点,至使之瞬时换接,然后拧紧M5螺母。
8.7.2.5 机构反复空载数次,验证记忆位置是否准确,确认符合要求后,再装上罩壳。
8.7.2.6机构正常工作,应经常核对记忆位置是变动,以便及时修正。
8.7.3主要技术参数。

最近又有一人找我改发动机利用这次机会我给大家图文详解一下cbt125发动机的拆解过程和个个部件的作用cbt呢是比较普遍的双缸发动机和他比较类似的有gw250发动机(配气部分简直就一个样)我们先打开缸盖螺丝就是涂鸦中的两个红圈位置的螺丝打开缸盖后我们可以看到时归链条、摇臂‘、气门、凸轮轴、还有张紧器卸掉红圈当中的螺丝就可以把摇臂卸掉了这个就是shoc发动机的摇臂推动气门的用的gw250也是这样类似的配气结构很老的一种配气技术摇臂卸掉之后就要卸掉凸轮轴和正时齿轮(就是红圈当中的螺丝)第一图是张紧器的调整螺丝暂时不用卸掉把他松开把小链条调整到最松(不然凸轮轴拿不下来))凸轮轴和正时齿轮卸掉缸盖上的螺丝注意红圈上的螺丝比较隐蔽必须卸掉不然缸头拿不下来钢桶和缸盖都可以直接拔掉了但是注意红圈位置的张紧器传销必须卸掉不然张紧器压条会连着接下来我们就要把两个活塞卸掉卸掉活塞轴的卡簧活塞轴就能推出来了活塞卸掉以后气缸部分就不用管了我们开始拆发动机两侧两侧的螺丝很明显我就不一一介绍了我就简单的介绍下线圈两个红圈位置是触发线圈是提供曲轴位置信号给点火器的一个线圈控制一个气缸的点火线路2图里面画红圈的是低压线圈是给点火器提供供电的(直流点火没有这个线圈)3图中画的是照明线圈这个是给发动机充电的线圈负责给电瓶充电拆掉磁电机注意刻度这个装机的时候对点火时间的时候必须要用图中固定在磁电机上的是超越离合器(大排量基本都是独立的小排量基本都是和磁电机连着的)接下来就可以看到启动链条和启动齿轮还有启动机全部卸掉他发动机左面就完事之后再把发动机翻过来卸掉离合器大鼓盖就可以看到离合器机油泵梅花毽变速轴等等机油泵机油滤芯启动轴变速轴定位轴都在这个圈里先卸掉4个离合器的压盖螺丝在卸掉主轴螺丝离合器就可以卸掉了拔出小鼓旋转离合器的梅花锁垫片大鼓就可以拔出来了我们可以看到这个离合器是带有分离片的离合器(分离片就是可以让离合器分离更清楚的一片特殊的离合器片en和gs都没有这离合)图上是正常的离合器片有4片木片(cbr等等跑车有6片同样也有一片分离片)图上的就是分离片(大部分本田的车可以通用ybr也行也能改cg也行cbr也行都一样的无非是多了几片而已单片是一样的)接下来卸掉机油泵的3个螺丝机油泵就下来了(这机油泵可像蜗牛了呢)机油泵和离合器都卸掉了我们要卸掉启动轴变速轴定位轴和梅花毽梅花毽这个是控制档位的每一个凹陷就是一个档位的位置比较小的凹陷的那个就是空档(这是国际档的梅花)定位轴负责固定档位的这个东西有问题也会掉档或者用力的时候掉档变速轴负责挂档的没他你就挂不了档启动轴你们说的烧火棍就是连接到他身上的(有的cbt有有的版本没有)最后把唯一的一个齿轮拆掉就完事了就可以开箱了把所有箱体的螺丝卸掉就好(注意cbt 必须要在离合器这面开不能再另一面开因为里面还有个小的曲轴箱1缸的曲轴箱开箱了里面只有曲轴一根副轴一根主轴一根拨叉3个变速鼓一个拨叉传销一根挡轮12个剩下什么都没有了变速鼓整个档位的控制中心通过旋转来控制档位齿轮的变化拨叉负责拨动齿轮完成换挡456档位的都是3个拨叉7个档位的有4个拨叉8个档的车没见过不知道主轴曲轴第一个连接的轴通过离合器连接到曲轴完成动力的传递副轴一头连接主轴一头连接小牙盘发动机的最后一个动力衔接点曲轴发动机的动力来源发动机转速最高的部件好了完成了一台双缸的发动机全部拆解介绍完毕其他车型的双缸箱体也基本都这样无非就是冷却系统配气系统区别很大其他的部件原理基本都是一样的。
