Preparation Technology of Five Kinds of Organophosphrous Pesticides Referance Materials by High-performance Liquid

Abstract:Five kinds of Organophosphrous pesticides (OPPs) were separated and prepared by high -performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at the same time.The analysis conditions were optimized for UV detection wavelength and the proportion of mobile phase,and examined for its precision and minimum detection limit. Results showed that under the conditions of methanol:wate(r 70: 30,V/V)as mobile phase,210 nmof UV wavelength and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,HPLC can separate five kinds of OPPs in the orginal liquid chemical products and obtain five kinds of reference materials of OPPs induding omethoate, trichlorfon,dichlorvos,malathion and phorate. The minimum detection limits of the method ranged from 1.05 ng to 2.28 ng except trichlorfon(42.72 ng),the concentrations of preparation from 30.5 μg/mL to 1,066.3 μg/mL. The purities were up to 97% or more. The recoveries ranged from 99.89% to 120.04% except omethoate.The relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.38% to 6.40%, with high precision. The method is applied to the analysis,detection and preparation of OPPs. Key words:organophosphrous pesticides;referance materials;HPLC;preparation;fraction

5种有机磷农药标准物质高效液相制备技术的研究

摘 要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对 5 种有机磷农药(OPPs)同时进行分离、制备,对其紫外检测波长、流动相比例进行了优化,对 方法的精密度和最小检出限进行了考查。结果表明,以甲醇:水(70: 30,V/V)作为流动相、波长为 210 nm、流速为 1.0 mL/min 等梯度洗脱条 件下,HPLC 完全可以分离 5 种 OPPs 化工产品(氧乐果、敌百虫、敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、甲拌磷),制得 5 种单一有机磷标准物质。该方法的最小 检出限除敌百虫(42.72 ng)较高外,余者皆在 1.05~2.28 ng 之间;制备浓度在 30.5~1 066.3 μg/mL 之间;纯度皆达 97%以上;回收率除氧乐果 以外,余者皆在 99.89%~120.04%之间;相对标准偏差在 0.38%~6.40%之间,精密度高。该方法适用于有机磷农药的分析检测与制备。
